Pros:

I did enjoy the courtesy transportation to the marketplace and cruise port upon our checkout. Isaiah was a fantastic driver. He was so helpful and so polite. I really enjoyed 😉 his help and information on which he provided, knowing it was the first time in Long Beach. He deserves a nice raise. Thank you, Isaiah.

Cons:

I didn't like that I spent a lot of money to stay at your hotel and there was no hot water. Although, I mentioned it and spoke to the front desk to have maintenance to fix it the problem was never resolved. The water was still cold. This was a big disappointment for me. Upon check out. I stated that there was still no hot water.

As well as the food at the restaurant. The hamburger that I ordered didn't tasted bad. I had to return it. The taste was bad and the fries were too hard.

Pros:

Was celebrating our one year anniversary. This is the ideal getaway.. views are amazing. Upgrade to the rooms are beautiful.

It was a beautiful relaxing stay I suggest bringing a gallon of water if needed but over all the stay was amazing
Pros:

The ambiance is amazing…Frim sun rise to sunset 🌅 Not to mention the skirt tacos the were so good

Cons:

The water was $8 a bottle
