Beautiful rooms, very comfortable beds. Location is amazing.
Dated bathrooms and tubs, limited menu at restaurant
Comfy bed
Coach roaches
Front desk staff were great!
Needs a lot of TLC. Pool bar wasn’t open, restaurant was very expensive. Bartender was more interested in his phone than serving me
It was close to our ship
In the middle of no where
The employees and location are spectacular. The rooms were so nice and comfortable. Highly recommend
The garbage in the water. It had nothing to do with the facility. But it was visible
Very conveniently located near the cruise port. Nice amenities, shuttles, pool, hot tub.
Nothing
Beautiful architecture Amazing staff
It was perfect
The vibes are outstanding, fire pits are a nice touch and there are plenty of outdoor spaces to hang out. The staff are all very kind and building 3 is nice!
For price per night I was expecting a much cleaner room my second night in the older building. Dust mites in the fan had me sneezing like crazy.
It also says something about their pricing policy when you have to go to a 3rd party site to book a room cheaper than what they charge if you were to ask to extend your stay. That caused me to have to check out, store my luggage and work in the middle of a corporate event (who were the loudest humans of all time).
It was dirty and certainly not worth what we paid for it.
Location for taking a cruise was nice.
Somewhat isolated. Not many choices as far as restaurants.
Nothing
Rates too high for location! Facilities were not handicap friendly and staff unwilling to help. Most buildings were nasty and smelled of being old. Staff was extremely unhelpful and somewhat obnoxious. I will say the coffee in the room was good but had trouble getting more than two pods. Definitely not a good value for the money!!
It was friendly people
Na
Location to cruise. Would have liked to use the nice outside area but cold and late flight
Outside walk to facilities, no breakfast and no hot tub available upon arrival
