The stay was a beautiful experience and view was amazing but they could have shown us a little grace since the building

Coming up short on value and service
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Property was well maintained. The jacuzzi was nice.

Cons:

A few things were off. First $45 per night to park seemed a bit ridiculous. I’ve stayed in nice hotels in city centers where they charge for parking. The location did not warrant a charge to park. Went to the bar an hour before closing and they wouldn’t allow us to open a tab because they said they were closing early. Stayed for an hour and a half with one drink. Body wash was out in the shower. I know they have to clean rooms fast but it was overlooked before we arrived and during our stay. I’ll be back to Long Beach to see family, but I’ll stay somewhere else.

Pros:

Super Lage am Meer, netter Pool

Cons:

Es gab Bauarbeiten im Hotel während des Aufenthaltes. Mussten am letzten Abend die Zimmer wechseln, weil die Toiletten verstopft waren und übergegangen sind.

Maya Hotel is in our top 3 places to stay at in Long Beach
Pros:

The room and balcony view was beautiful.

Cons:

The loud maintenance/construction work so early in the morning. Didnt get to rest because of it and it kind of ruined our morning - but not something that would keep me from returning as a customer. I know as a business you are working on improving to keep your customers happy. I'm confident you will use this feedback as constructive. My suggestion would be to inform your guests ahead of time of any construction that could be taking place and/or start construction work at 10:00 AM.

The hotel was amazing
Pros:

High ceilings. Clean. By the carnival Long Beach port. Beautiful views. They had a shuttle service that drove us to the store and played whatever music we wanted. The driver was amazing! The front desk was amazing! Worth the stay!

Cons:

The restaurant… the drinks were expensive and small. The menu did not have a lot of options. I had two of the same tacos but they were different for some reason.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena a 5 minutos del acuario y de la playa (que no es nada bonita la que está cerca) también hay tiendas como h&m y nike cerca

Cons:

El hotel está en construcción o mantenimiento desde muy temprano se escucha ruido, dentro de la habitación se escucha todo lo que pasa justo afuera de la puerta fue muy incómodo el ruido en la noche y temprano en la mañana, el restaurante Fuego no tiene mucha variedad de comida, el precio es elevado para la experiencia que tuvimos

This hotel is overpriced

The room was pretty

Cons:

They said our room was ready, but if we wanted to check in early, we had to pay a lot extra on top of what we already paid. We went ahead and did that and there was construction right outside our door so despite paying the extra money to get some rest, we were not able to get any rest. We went into the bar/restaurant and nobody served us when I asked about it. They said they switched to a self-service . I had to ask three times where I could get a menu and then I just gave up an Uber to an actual restaurant with service. When I checked out, nobody asked how our day was or anything.
