A good experience but not worth the cost and isolation.
Pros:

The views, pool and restaurant were really great! We enjoyed being able to relax.

Cons:

It was challenging how isolated the location was, it limited our ability to really explore Long Beach. It also felt like everything costed a lot of extra money on top of the room (parking, food, ect). Finally the queen beds were very small and there were not blackout curtains in the rooms.

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

The hotel staff was very friendly and inviting. The hotel was very nice and clean. Very accommodating staff and food service/bar service was amazing.

Pros:

Enjoyed the view of the queen mary from my room.

Cons:

Room is outdated,eletric sockets don't connect well,sockets are loose,ur able to hear the shower from upstairs EXTREMELY loud in the morning,and the water infront was not camera ready,all kinds of trash in water.

Loved the location, pool hottub and firepot area great walk and view of the port.
Pros:

Location and amenities also the location was 15 min walk to the cruise terminal!

Pros:

The new renovation is really nice.

Cons:

Only reason why I wouldn’t give my experience 5 stars is that I didn’t appreciate staff making noise as early as 8 in the morning. Doors seem thin so I heard everything and was awaken by noise done by staff. I understand they need to work but making noise as early as 8 am was a bit much.
