Terrible customer service. Over charged for room charge twice with two different amounts. Will never stay there again.

Great location close to the moda center. Had their own restaurant with a bar fairly affordable. Good food too.,

Cons:

Bed was hard and uncomfortable. The sofa was hard and uncomfortable. They also charged me a different amount than what my booking was for. My booking was for $245 with one free parking spot. I got charged $311. Then the charge went to $341 and they also charged me $266 for some unknown reason. Disputing charges with my bank after I got no help from them.

Broken bed frame upon arrival their fix was to put mattresses on floor.... after stating they would fix. Lied about not having another room available. Leaking toilet. Rude staff upon arrival. Worst experience.

Pros:

Room was quiet and bed was comfortable

Cons:

Not sure if short-staffed or not, but when we opened our room door there was still a bucket in the bathtub, cleaning supplies in the sink, and a steam cleaner in front of the bed. Carpet was still very damp.

Nice hotel and great value for your money.
Pros:

Nice hotel and the rooms were nice. The entire breakfast team was absolutely amazing - some of the best customer service.

Cons:

Not the property fault but there was a lot sketchy people not far from the property.

Poor sleep, hard poor quality beds
Pros:

The staff was helpful at night when I asked for additional coffee for the morning.

Cons:

The beds are incredibly hard and killed my shoulders, barely got any sleep. Morning staff was like "eh, that's just how they are". The main thing i need from a hotel is a comfortable bed.

Pros:

Only issue that made my stay rated lower than rating excellent was that the HVAC was so noisy, I ha to put a pillow over my ears & I didn't sleep well. If I turned AC off (it was 96 degrees in Portland that day) the room was stifling.
