Check in staff was super rude, caught me off guard. Parking was an extra $27 on top of an already overpriced room. Hotel was dirty and old. Beds squeaked on every movement. Walls were paper thin, we could hear everything from the room next to us.

Pros:

The location was great, 5 min walk from ModaCenter. The staff was nice and the overall condition of the hotel was good.

Cons:

We included breakfast but still needed to pay half of the amount. No one told us that.
The hotel charge us for staying there,even we booked it for lower price with booking.com.
We needed to pay around 60$ more than expected.

Pros:

Excellent clean suite for my workspace as well as meeting (at the table) with a work partner.

Cons:

I had to go across Portland to get to a site, no helping that!

Quite a few hidden costs that are not disclosed on the booking.com page
Pros:

Hotel was clean.

Cons:

"Complementary" airport shuttle advertised by booking.com only will pick up if they happen to be there and is not in fact complementary anyway. Parking was 27 additional dollars per car. I did not see this disclosed on the booking page. That was very disappointing. The "complementary shuttle" also charges you 15 dollars per person , also not disclosed on the booking.com page. They act as that was a free shuttle from the airport... after being on a plane for eight hours this makes things simpler so that's why we booked this particular hotel over others. Turns out they won't go pick you up unless they happen to be there anyway and it's not free regardless.When we found out the cost per person, we decided we would go ahead and rent cars, a day early - only to find out after arrival that parking is also 27 per car per night!
