It was a really lovely comfortable, clean hotel that I would definitely come back and stay at again!

It was close to the venue. It was clean and neat and felt safe even though there were homeless people around.

Cons:

Walking back from The Moda there were some sketchy types. But the property seem to keep cars and guest safe.

Over all the stay was pleasant, and only worth the money since it was so close to the moda center.
Pros:

Property is in a good location. The lobby and lounge/bar area were nice and looked like they’d been updated.
Staff was friendly.
Beds are comfortable. The vanity and bathroom counters were nice and seemed updated.

Cons:

Room by the elevators were loud. You can hear everything happening in the hall, walls were thin. The shower head gasket was detached and rusted which rattled. The bathtub looked like it had seen better days. The hallway smelled like burnt dust with the heaters on. HVAC system most likely needs to be cleaned out.

Very clean beautiful place. Pool and hot tub clean and not crowded. Beds were actually pretty comfy, and im pretty picky, because an uncomfortable bed will ruin the trip for me..

Cons:

I did not like having to pay $40/night, extra just to park in the parking lot where I stayed. This to me is ridiculous. Not like it was full either. There were over 50%of the spots still empty. This wasnt mentioned when I booked either. And bottled water was $5/each, I recommend making sure u bring your own! Maybe im just cheap but I already paid $200 for the night..
