Pros:

I liked the Keurig coffee machine, refrigerator and microwave.

Cons:

The ice machine on my floor was not available so I had to go down 1 floor to get ice. Also, the ice bucket was small and not insulated. I had upgraded to a more expensive room on a higher floor, supposedly on the "executive level", but the room I received did not seem to be on that level.

The bed was comfy.

Cons:

The hotel/front desk wasn't very accommodating or helpful. The breakfast sucked. It's not a buffet and they should say that! There was hair on the supposedly fresh clean made bed. Says there is satellite tv which there IS NOT. Advertised robes in the room, there WAS NOT.
For a supposedly 4 star hotel this place was terrible. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone and will never stay again.

Too expensive for biting bedbugs.
Pros:

Great amenities, good room size face-to-face staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

Bedbugs that bit me on my face. After handing Ziploc bag with bug to front desk, staff on checkout, I was apologetically told that I would be contacted by management. This has not been done.

Good stay for a good price.
Pros:

We liked the location and security of the building. Very comfortable bed and good ac in the room.

Cons:

We had a sofa bed with no sheets or blankets in it. So we had to request that. Also the complimentary coffee pods were decaf and tea no regular coffee.
