Cons:

Quite shocked to find the hotel pool being used for swimming lessons, leaving me waiting from 5:00 to 7:30 PM. This is a very poor idea considering the price and standards of this accommodation. I am truly speechless and deeply disappointed.

Cons:

2,Friends visited to play cards for a few hours and we got charged 1000 THB for this , no prior mention made of no visitors . With 2 nights remaining from our 18 night stay the A/C became inoperative and we got downgraded to another room . I had just been discharged from a overnight hospital stay due to food poisoning and had to pack our belongings up whilst a staff member stood at the door and watched , no assistance given , this individual obviously has not been trained properly and does not understand hospitality. Still waiting on compensation for this very poor outcome

We enjoyed a relaxing three plus weeks in a well maintained hotel.
Pros:

As it was low season the breakfast buffet was not operating. The staff was gracious, and offered a few items that were well prepared. My compliments top the staff for making an extraordinary effort to make our breakfasts enjoyable. The room maintenance and cleaning services were very efficient. The staff was very professional and easy to work with around our schedule of activities.

Cons:

I didn't find the room furnishings to be up to par for my needs. I would have like a couple of comfortable chairs rather than the single swinging chair that occupied a corner of the room. I would also have appreciated a taller desk to work at for the few times I needed to use my computer to accomplish some necessary tasks. As we occasionally wanted to warm some food brought from outside, we would have appreciated a microwave oven in the room.

Cons:

When we first arrived and started to get settled in our room, the air con switched off after just 10 minutes, we switched it back on, but it happened two more times. We called reception, they came twice to look at it and told us it was fine. It wasn't. On the third attempt I had to ask to move rooms, they needed to speak to the manager before we could move rooms which took another 15 minutes. The hotel was not busy with plenty of free rooms, I feel this shouldn't have taken so long to rectify. The gardens and yard area seemed unkept. Lots of weeds and a bit overgrown.

Просторно, тихо, может повезло, но даже дети вели себя тихо на территории данного отеля.
Посторонних звуков практически не было слышно

Cons:

Постоянная влажность в номере. Спустя несколько дней надоедает спать с ощущением сырости.

Very quiet hotel opposite Lake and short walk to the beach.Staff very friendly rooms big and comfortable. Swimming pool great. Also very near restaurants and 7/11.

Relaxing Stay, with great facilities
Pros:

The room was very spacious, both indoor and even the terrace.
All rooms face the pool area, with a lovely garden / pool view. It was very quiet and could really relax and enjoy the surroundings. The pool is MASSIVE! and very modern.
Hotel is walking distance from the beach and restaurants, however, allocated in a quiet area, where it is easy to relax and have a goodnights' sleep.
The gym was well equipped and overlooking the pool as well.

Cons:

The buffet breakfast was a bit restricted, but I think it was due to the low season and being the only guest opting for the breakfast option.
The A la Carte options were good and the service was always with a smile :)

Very peaceful with a huge area to walk around and swim, chilled out cats was a nice bonus

very peaceful environment with a lot space in the pool area as well as the rooms.

Cons:

There was no lighting for the desk, I had to ask for a replacement lamp which they happily provided.
