Pros:

I didn't like anything about it. When booking I selected pay at the property and they tried to charge my cards 10 days before my stay as well as the morning of when I was not at the property. The receptionist had a nasty attitude with me over the phone when I asked about it and my boyfriend when we went to pay so we would lose our room.

I believe it was the owners of the Super 8,
They recommended a place for home cooked breakfast, Poor Richard's Cafe on Ave K.
OMG, it was a fabulous breakfast. #1 in our book.

Expected low-cost hotel problems
Pros:

I understand this is a low-cost hotel, but the room smelled like smoke. The mattress was bent and hurt my back, and I ended up staying awake all night. The bathroom sink was falling apart, and the towels were so small they seemed designed for babies.

Pros:

Nothing I didn’t even stay 20 minutes. I left because the customer service made me feel so unwelcome. I didn’t even want to stay there after the way I was treated. I slept in my car that night.

Cons:

The guy working the counter was so unwelcoming and very rude. I wasn’t even in my room 20 minutes and i decided to leave. And didnt get a refund. I paid for a room i didnt even stay in because i felt so un welcomed.

Amazing hotel
Pros:

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making my stay very relaxing.
I would absolutlely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!!!
