Amazing Vacation Oasis
Pros:

The location was perfectly located everything was within walking distance and the Breakfast was Amazing! I've been to multiple hotel breakfasts but you all do it Different and on a whole level over there in the Philippines it's to be Experienced to understand

Cons:

My stay was way too short I didn't have enough time to experience everything. But what I did experience made me want to book my next vacation and come back Same Hotel Same Environment

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The ambiance of the hotel was relaxing, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. Everything felt organized, and you could tell they genuinely cared about giving guests a great experience. Our room was spacious, clean, and very well kept, which made our stay even more comfortable.

Cons:

The only downside during our stay was the breakfast buffet. The food itself was good, but the service in the restaurant could be improved. We noticed that some guests seemed to receive more attention than others. For example, some were served dishes directly at their tables that weren't available at the buffet, while the rest of us had to line up for what was offered. It made the service feel a bit inconsistent.

There were also times when some buffet items ran out and weren't replenished right away unless guests asked. Lastly, the dining area became quite crowded, especially from around 8:00 AM onwards, making it feel cramped and less enjoyable.

Overall, we still had a pleasant stay, but improving the breakfast service and managing the dining area during peak hours would make the experience even better.

A nice hotel but very skeptic staff, with stoic treatment.
Pros:

The breakfast had a good variety of Philipno dishes. However the international (continantal) dishes were very basci (only omlette bar). Adding cheese variety and some sliced meats would be better.

Cons:

I stayed in all kinds of Hotels all over the world. Howeve this hotel was the only one to ask me to pay in cash up-fornt a security deposit for the room. They asked for 2000 pesos (PER NIGHT). They said it would be refunded, but I have not seen this practice in any of the normal hotels any place in the world, let alone a well knonw chain like best Western. When I simply clarified why, they redcued the total amount to 2000 pesos, The other thing happened upon check out when I came to the reception and handed my card key, they would not refund the amount until one of their staff went up and phyisically checked the room, I did infact received my deposit back 10 minutes after, but I did NOT like at all the treatment of paying a secirity deposit up-front, then getting room inspected upon departure.
