Cons:

Stay was very good. I asked for the 50 Rs , the reception guy told you have to give 7 rs without even giving the 50 as the remaining amount was 43. Everything was good but when vacating this particular incident had me felt bad

Always there is a pool of water infront of this residency , had to walk side to enter into this residency.

Cons:

it is very difficult to enter into this residency as metro work is going on in this area.
