Our room was just as we asked for … neat, tidy and clean.
The breakfast was excellent…. Lots of options and MORE than enough food was prepared.
The front desk staff were helpful and had excellent tips for our trip that made a huge difference. They were also really helpful with directions.
Our only frustration was with the TV. Our stations were all analogue with no guide as to channels, so it was difficult to navigate. In the 21st century, every hotel should be able to support basic cable.
Our room was also not refreshed as the hotel ended up short staffed. I can make a bed, but fresh towels and empty garbage cans would have been nice. Not a deal breaker, but I did pay for that service.

The rooms are decently good sized. But the washrooms and the taps need to be refurbished. Water pressure was low in 307.
Breakfast was good but vegetarian options should be considered.

Poor value for a $500 two night stay. Beds not made, wet towels not replaced, lower sheets don’t fit, cards don’t work second day.

Pros:

The bed was the most disappointing. The mattress was stiff and uncomfortable, the pillows were small standards not king size for a king size bed. It was not worth the price. We won’t be returning to this hotel.
