良かったです。
Pros:

スタッフ、料理とても良かったです！

Cons:

洗面所が最初から詰まっていた。
コンタクトの洗浄セットが欲しいと言うと
無いとのこと。他のホテルではくれたので
用意してくれたらより良い。

Comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel is modern and comfortable. Staff are helpful and pleasant. Housekeeping worked hard to keep our room clean. It is a 20min walk to Nagoya station.

As Hilton members, we enjoyed the lounge and the good selection of food during the evening hours. The lounge staff are friendly and hardworking. We also had a delicious breakfast at the restaurant daily.

It was an enjoyable stay and we will return again.

Convenient for a 1 or 2 night stay.
Pros:

Location was good with plenty of food options and fantastic helpful staff, bed linen was nice. Breakfast buffet had a large selection.

Cons:

Despite the room being very clean, it’s an older hotel and it smelt like smoke and was musty. I have allergies so helpful staff moved us to another room. The queen beds are more like doubles by Australian standards, ok for 2 adults, 2 children for a night but need a larger room if staying longer.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Seamless from start to end. Booking, checkin, housekeeping, check out, all great. Our room was well appointed. Reception and concierge staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations in terms of variety and quality. The hotel was conveniently located. We will stay here again.

利便性は良いホテル
Pros:

ハウスキーピングのおじさんが、アメニティを早めに持ってきてくれました。
部屋は掃除されていて問題なく綺麗でした。

Cons:

このホテルに限らないとおもいますが、インバウンドでホテル内の喧騒が凄まじく、特にチェックイン時は混雑してました。フロントスタッフの案内も少々不足しおり、サービスが無機質になっていたため、安心感が感じられなかったです。
また予約サイトに記載のアメニティが部屋になく、追加リクエストする必要がありました。チェックイン時知らせて欲しかったです。
大手チェーンホテルなので、期待してしまっていた分ショックでした。
