Etablissement vieillot qui a besoin d’un sérieux rafraîchissement mais heureusement, le personnel est très sympathique

Literie peu confortable et lit petit, débit plus que réduit dans la douche, absence de volets isolation phonique très moyenne, chasse d’eau fonctionnant difficilement (en gros toute la plomberie à revoir)

Pros:

Hôtel à l'esprit british, bien placé et au calme.
Le jardin tranquille avec des tables à disposition pour y boire un verre.
Le personnel très accueillant et arrangeant.
Le petit déjeuner copieux.
La literie de notre chambre.

Cons:

La salle de bain plutôt désuète. L'éclairage de la chambre soit trop fort (plafonnier) soit trop faible (lampes de chevet)..
Sensible à la lumière du jour au réveil, les stores la laissent passer un peu, faute de rideau occultant ou de volets.

Cons:

No water in the evening. Was told there was maintenance and should be fixed soon. Only boiling water in the morning. Was told it’s better than cold water. No apologies, no rebate, No plans to go back.

Joli établissement où l'on se sent bien dès les 1er instants
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est très bon, le personnel est très serviable et gentil. Toujours prêt à rendre service ( prêt d'un adapteur pour prise française, mettre nos vélos en zone sûre durant la nuit). La rue où se trouve l hôtel est très jolie également.

Cons:

Il y a une petit lucarne dans la chambre qui laisse passer le jour. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de quoi obstruer le passage de la lumière à la levée du jour

Very nice, friendly and helpful staff.

Nostalgic choice in the best sense of the word, especially if you are on the senior side of life.
Pros:

Staff very amenable and helpful. Nourishing breakfast buffet. Easy walk into town, or to the seafront. A convenience store nearby, as well as a classic pub with a seafront terrace and a more than adequate pub food menu, about 8 min walk away, and a couple of interesting restaurants as well. (The hotel has a restaurant, but apart from breakfast, I did not eat there.) A classic British seaside hotel with a 1960s vibe. Restful and refreshing, offering a memorable stay on an island itself entangled in history and seemingly prospering between two cultures.

Cons:

The room and bathroom slightly dated but clean and comfortable. It has a garden, but the weather didn't allow use. If you want something soullessly efficient at right angles -- or perhaps good for children -- Runnymede is probably not for you.

Pros:

Runnymede Court Hotel is a really nice and cozy hotel. Close to everything in St. Herlier and easy to get to from downtown. The staff is very serviceminded and the couple behind the counter is very lovely. I have nothing bad to say about my stay and would definetly go there again.

An older hotel with great character and everything we needed for our trip.
Pros:

The friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness. And old fashioned hotel in a good location, close to the centre of St Helier and just metres from the beach! Good breakfast and evening menu. Very hardworking and friendly staff in the restaurant.

Shower wasn’t very powerful

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel
Pros:

Staff friendly, comfortable bed, fresh towels daily, located central to centre.

Cons:

Room was very warm, couldn’t open a window for a breeze. We both enjoyed staying at the hotel and would come back again. We would also recommend as good value for money.

Séjour agréable , surtout avec Fernando à l'accueil, toujours présent et prêt à rendre service.
Pros:

Petit-déjeuner et dîner très bons et bien présentés et servis.

Cons:

Des bruits le matin tôt, comme des coups sourds, quelque part sous notre chambre, nous réveillant le matin tôt. Vraiment dommage.
