Great location, but overpriced services and poor value for money.
Pros:

The location of the Hotel is perfect and very close to the center. Also room was big enough and clean.

Cons:

I was disappointed to be charged a half-day rate for early check-in that was significantly higher than the price agreed upon through Booking.com.

The prices for the hotel’s services were excessively high, even compared with those in Germany, Austria, and other Central European countries. For example, the airport transfer offered by the hotel was 3.5 times more expensive than the market rate.

Breakfast was disappointing, with very limited options considering the high price of the stay. Additionally, the coffee machines were not functioning properly.

Комфорт в самом центре города
Pros:

Комфортный, достаточно просторный номер. Хорошая шумоизоляция. Абсолютно никакого шума с улицы. Возможно сильно влияет расположение, так как окна выходили во двор. Лишь изредка слышно громкое закрывание дверей из коридора. Отдельно хотелось бы отметить очень мягкий ковёр в номере.
Приветливый гостеприимный персонал.
Отличный завтрак с широким выбором блюд. Какие-то блюда есть постоянно, что-то меняется. Вкусно.

Cons:

Небольшая полочка внутри душевой кабины была бы удобна, чтобы разместить личную косметику.
Дверца сейфа немного препятствует закрытию шкафа. Использование сейфа не требовалось, но пришлось его настроить и закрыть, чтобы использование шкафа было более комфортным.
Кофе на завтраке (капучино из кофемашины) не пришелся по вкусу. Возможно нужно было самостоятельно задать настройки. Хотя кофемашина при выборе напитка сразу же начинает приготовление напитка.

Pros:

Great location, easy walking distance to many city highlights. Comfortable beds and helpful reception staff.

Cons:

One replacement duvet cover had a faeces smear on it! Weren't able to contact anyone other than reception using the internal phone provided. No iron or ironing board in the room. Balcony view was onto other apartments.

Location and breakfast.

Cons:

Toilet exhaust fan doesn’t work. Outdated furniture. Dirty carpets. Not enough light in toilet for shaving. Most hotels nowadays have a magnifying mirror but not this one. Low quality soap and body wash without any scent which are available even in low star hotels/ motels.

Хорошее расположение, очень приветливый персонал. Отличный завтрак.
Номер хороший, в целом нормальный.

Cons:

Отель сам по себе совсем не первой свежести. Уже давно пора провести косметический ремонт. Заслуживает твердую четверку.

Pros:

Location was perfect..but view was very bad.. room was clean & big & I had a small kitchenette but without anything.. not even one plate or spoon, it was empty..food was good.. not much variety though & everyday almost same food.. not all staff were friendly. Some of them will look at you strangely & sometimes you feel like they hate you.. Also we always had to ask them to clean our room & give some tip for cleaning.. my son didn't like it cose it has no swimming pool..
