Единственное,что понравилось-это местоположение,

Cons:

Мы бронировали большой номер с кроватью кинг сайз и доп кроватью. Доп кровать-это лежанка железная сверху накрытая одеялом,на котором ребенок не смог уснуть,в итоге, пришлось самой спать на этой железяке,а точнее-не спать,а просто выждать ночь,тк на таком спать невозможно. Кровать кинг сайз-тоже не кинг сайз,это 2 кровати,сдвинутые близко,втроем не смогли на ней спать. Просить о помощи на ресепшн оказалось бесполезным-на тебя смотрят с такой миной,что общаться не хочется. Как робот повторяют: я вас понимаю,но у нас так. Выдавила из себя,что у них мало номеров с кроватями кинг сайз,у них овербукинг,поэтому нам достался такой. Что за наглость! Либо девушка абсолютно безграмотная и необученная,либо вот такой отель! На следующий день получили фрукты в номере и назначение встречи с менеджером в 10:00, а я как будто сижу без дела и жду,когда им будет удобно! У нас каждый день были экскурсии с раннего утра!
Еще момент-что ни попросишь,готовьтесь,что будете ждать очень долго!
Однозначно не вернемся в этот отель и не порекомендуем. Причем не первый раз остаемся в нем и каждый раз с ними проблемы,которые никто не решает и всем плевать.

Отель, в который возвращаемся с удовольствием каждый год
Pros:

Всегда останавливаемся в этом отеле и всегда нас встречают очень радушно. Все комфортно. Расположение прекрасное.

Cons:

Единственное, что в этот в семейный номер раз поставили доп.кровать, на которой невозможно было спать (какие-то перекладины или пружины впивались в тело) и уборка очень поздняя- в один день мы вернулись около 18 часов - убрано не было
