An overwhelmingly nice hotel marred by a management that lied and can’t be trusted
Pros:

The staff are all exceptional so polite, helpful and always pleasant and friendly. The stand out is Alina on the concierge. The breakfast is amazing with an abundance of choice. The breakfast room is large and is very well presented. The hotel is vibrant, always clean and staff available at all times. It is located centrally with all attractions well within walking distance

Cons:

Only one downside is the air conditioning in the hotel was not working which was known about by the hotel but not told to us when we booked. We had to open the windows to get ventilation and cooling which raised another problem of noise and smoke from outside. We were offered another room which would not solve the problem. The hotel told us every hotel in Yerevan had the same problem which we checked with three other large hotels and they all had operating air conditioning and said it’s not true. We were eventually offered a compensation which we accepted. It was such a shame to be lied to by the management as the hotel is very good and the staff so nice.

Very good starting point for discovering Yerevan and its surrounding area
Pros:

This is a very comfortable, let's say elegant hotel in the city centre.
The breakfast is high quality, rich in tastes and variety of foods.
Free of charge parking is possible, but you should reserve the parking place in advance, because the number parking places of the hotel is limited.
Local restaurant is existing, but in my opinion you may find much better restaurants within 200-300 m distance from the hotel.

Cons:

I guess that the elevator capacity is underestimated, therefore sometimes you must wait a bit.

Cons:

В один из ночей в номер зашли незнакомые люди.
То ли ключ у них подошел к моему номеру, то ли на ресепшене напутали. Но когда ты спишь и к тебе в номер заходят люди, это очень плохо. Для 4* отеля тем более.
