Highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff were attentive and genuinely caring, especially Tativ. She made sure every guest felt welcome.
The room was spotless, and the location couldn’t have been better. Everything was just perfect.

Excellent emplacement à deux pas de la Place de la République, des restaurants, des magasins et attractions.
Très bon accueil, chaleureux et sympathique
Réapprovisionnement quotidien de bouteilles d’eau, café, thé et infusions.

Cons:

Matériel vétuste du gym
Petit déjeuner cher pour les prix locaux (mais pleine d’autres possibilités à deux pas de l’hôtel)

Prime Location and Comfy Room
Pros:

The location of this hotel is unbeatable; it’s within easy walking distance of all the main attractions and a great variety of restaurants. As for the accommodations, the room was excellent. It felt incredibly spacious, bright, and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring.

Cons:

While the parking was free, the layout was quite confusing, and it took me until the second night to really get the hang of it. More frustratingly, despite messaging a week in advance to reserve a spot, there was no dedicated space waiting for me upon arrival.

Великолепный, современный, комфортный отель в самом сердце Еревана
Pros:

Идеальное месторасположение - 2 минуты пешком до Площади Республики (центральная точка города), прекрасные разнообразнейшие завтраки, включая свежие фрукты, свежие местные сухофрукты и много других национальных блюд. Очень красиво, тихо, комфортно, спокойно и дружелюбно. Спасибо!!
