Decent, but disappointed with the lack of accessibility for my handicapped relatives.
Pros:

The breakfast and evening kickback were good although there was not enough Diet Coke available at any time. Staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful.

Cons:

When accommodations for 2 handicapped travelers is requested it would be very helpful not to place on the 2nd floor in the very last room in the hall. Having handicapped bars in the bathroom is not the only thing needed to be considered an accessible room. My brother's wheelchair did not fit inside the room or between the beds or any other furniture.

Pros:

The breakfast and kickback meals were really good.

Cons:

The air conditioner was extremely loud and kept changing from what we set it at. Wife set it to 69 in the middle of the night it was showing 73. It clicked and the fan would speed up and slow down constantly.

Great stay, minus renovations
Pros:

Excellent location. Super friendly staff, nice amenities.

Cons:

They are renovating the building. The noise starts at 8am. Noise from 3 floors down, echoes up and makes it seem as they are working inside your room. Plus, spraying outside around windows and the fumes filtrate your room. Ugh!

Great location, Very clean hotel, love the free drinks and kickback!
Pros:

Clean rooms and hotel, updated look.. friendly staff and great hospitality. My bed was also very comfortable! Rooms are spacious!

Pool hours need to be later with an adult only time.

With a great manager at the Frankenmuth Drury and his great staff we would gladly stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. A nice variety of food, both hot and cold. The morning staff who took care of the food were exceptional! The lady who was there our first 2 mornings (Wed & Thurs) was so friendly. She was a really good fit. Very attentive, kind and always had a smile and a greeting. She seemed to enjoy her work. The third morning was a different lady who was also very good. Very attentive and smiled a lot. Both were genuinely friendly with guests.
The lady in the evenings who tended the bar was friendly too at first. She was very attentive to certain folks more than others.I have been in the catering industry for 4 decades. You know when being friendly is sincere or a show. We were given drink cards allowing us 3 drinks each from the bar. We each had 2 but our cards were checked off that we had 3. I never fail to tip, even when service is questionable. All three ladies were tipped by us. Hospitality guests can be ugly at times which is why we do our very best to be truly kind to the workers.

Definitely seeking a Drury in the future
Pros:

Everything! The place was in a perfect location. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast and kick back were like nothing we've ever experienced. The staff were very friendly and hospitable.
