Un havre de paix magnifique à deux pas de la mer. ❤️
Pros:

La propreté, la beauté du jardin, la piscine, le personnel très efficace et serviable, l’air conditionné au top. Un énorme merci à tous.

Cons:

Difficile à dire car tout était presque parfait. Peut-être l’eau minérale dans les chambres pour nous éviter les supermarchés.

Absolut perfekter Aufenthalt – besser geht es nicht!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rundum zufrieden – absolute Empfehlung!

Wir waren vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment rundum zufrieden. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich begrüßt, unser Auto wurde direkt auf den Parkplatz gefahren und man hat sich Zeit genommen, uns alles in Ruhe zu erklären.

Das gesamte Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und spricht sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch. Jeder Wunsch wird schnell und unkompliziert erfüllt. Selbst als uns die Matratzen etwas zu weich waren, wurden sie am nächsten Tag kostenlos ausgetauscht – ein Service, den man heute nur noch selten erlebt.

Das Essen ist einfach hervorragend! Jeden Tag gibt es abwechslungsreiche Themenabende, von Sushi bis italienischer Küche, und eine riesige Auswahl an frischem Fisch wie Schwertfisch, Hecht oder Dorade. Qualität und Auswahl sind einfach erstklassig.

Ein besonderes Lob geht an das Hotelmanagement und die Rezeption, die sich Zeit für persönliche Gespräche nehmen und echtes Interesse an ihren Gästen zeigen. Außerdem erhält man tolle Tipps für Ausflüge, den Marktplatz und weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung.

Auch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel ist beeindruckend. Für uns hat einfach alles gestimmt. Wer hier etwas zu meckern hat, sucht wirklich nach Kleinigkeiten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Hôtel idéal pour un séjour reposant, animé, raffiné et accessible.
Pros:

Confort, literie de qualité, espace, équipement, décoration, propreté.
Piscine superbe, atmosphère calme et détendue,
Salle de gym et espace spa disponibles jusque tard, le tout entretenu et propreté irréprochable.
Demi-pension de qualité, fraicheur, Viandes et produits de la mer à la plancha savoureux, cuisson à la demande. Desserts gourmands et généreux,. La restauration est un parfait équilibre entre qualité, saveurs et visuels.
Soirées animées par des chanteurs correspondant au standing de l'hôtel.
Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant et très professionnel. Tous aux petits soins pour nous sans en faire trop. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié Marcela, Sara, Santi au service qui s'activent et sont à l'écoute des clients pour répondre à leurs besoins (voire les anticiper) également la dame de la plancha, un grand merci à eux ! Cet hôtel et son accueil chaleureux a largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour à Majorque.

Sehr schönes und komfortables Hotel
Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Zimmer sind groß, Betten komfortabel, Bad sehr groß, Smart TV sehr groß - Zusatzprogramme möglich.Zimmer waren sehr sauber, als kleines extra gab es eine Korbtasche, die man zum Pool und mit zum Strand nehmen konnte. Kleine Terrasse mit Liegen, Stühlen und Tisch. Sehr schöne Anlage mit tollem Pool und kleiner Poolbar. Hotelanlage nicht zu riesig, Angebote am Tag und am Abend sehr schön und niveauvoll. Frühstück und Abendessen war hervorragend, sehr große Auswahl. Es gab zum Abendessen immer frischen Fisch, verschiedene Fleischsorten die man sich frisch braten lassen konnte. Tolle Auswahl an Käse, Salaten und Obst. Zum Frühstück gab es auch eine große Auswahl an frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen, Bohnen, Kartoffeln, etc. und eine große Müslibar bei der man sich viele gesunde Sachen zusammenstellen konnte. Man hatte jederzeit eine große Auswahl an gesundem Essen. Man hatte die Möglichkeit drinnen oder draußen zu sitzen, konnte bei Bedarf auch einen Tisch reservieren.

Cons:

Am Freitag wurde ein Galaabend angeboten, unter diesem hätte ich mir mehr vorgestellt. Es gab einen zuckersüßen Begrüßungscocktail anstatt ein Glas Cava, was für einen Galaabend passender gewesen wäre. Die Essensauswahl hat sich von der restlichen Woche nicht unterschieden. Man hat Abends von den all inclusive Nachbarhotels das laute Programm gehört, wenn man jedoch die Fenster geschlossen hat, war es nicht hörbar. Man muss wissen, dass man sich hier mitten in einem Touristen Hotspot befindet. Das Hotel grenzt sich sehr von den umliegenden Hoteltempeln ab, aber natürlich bekommt man trotzdem immer was von der Umgebung mit. Das ist jetzt natürlich Kritik auf hohem Niveau und jeder bewertet solche Situationen anders.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer, Kaffee wurde täglich nachgefüllt. Superior-Zimmer mit eigenen Liegen auf dem Balkon. Sehr gutes Frühstück, gutes Abendessen. Strand fußläufig erreichbar, viele Supermärkte in der Nähe.

Cons:

Liegen am Pool bereits am frühen Morgen in typisch deutscher Manier mit Handtüchern reserviert; das Personal hat hier leider nicht eingegriffen. Bügeleisen auf dem Zimmer sehr verkalkt. Keine Steckdosen am Bett. Steckdosen im Zimmer funktionieren zum Teil nur, wenn das Zimmerlicht brennt, sind jedoch nicht entsprechend beschriftet.
