CM Mallorca Palace Hotel - Adults Only

Excellent staff. Great initial reception & evening cold meal as we arrived late.

Es war wirklich ein außergewöhnlich gutes Hotel, werden definitiv wieder kommen. Das Essen war herausragend.

Immaculate in every way , great staff , food excellent

Rummet var otroligt rent, precis som övriga lokaler. Nästan 100 % av personalen var otroligt serviceminded, och det känns som att hotellet hade tänkt på allt. Jättebra att man fick låna pool-/strandhanddukar och väska till detta utan kostnad. Sparade mycket plats i resväskan.Man fick dessutom byta till rena handdukar tre ggr i veckan hos badvakten vid poolen. Poolerna kändes väldigt fräscha, och var lagom stora för det antal personer som verkligen badade i dem. Fina solsängar runt poolen, med sköna och tjocka madrasser att ligga på. Solsängarna räckte alltid till för alla vad vi kunde se. Hotellet ligger på perfekt promenadavstånd till stranden, och det finns supermarket och andra butiker strax intill. Trevlig underhållning varje kväll på hotellet. Maten till frukost samt middagsbuffén på kvällen var av mycket hög kvalitet. Kvinnan som stod och stekte kött, fisk etc på kvällen samt omeletter, ägg mm till frukost var mycket trevlig och stekte någon dag även något som jag efterfrågade men som inte fanns framme att välja på denna dag. Hon var lika glad och trevlig varje dag trots att hon stod där i värmen och stekte mat så att svetten lackade i pannan... Även otroligt fina desserter varje dag.

Detta var totalt sett det bästa hotell vi någonsin har bott på! Bodde i rum 3105 vilket var perfekt utan kvällssol på den stora balkongen!

Wir waren jetzt schon mehrmals im Hotel und immer wieder sehr zufrieden. Dieses Mal haben wir sogar ein Upgrade in eine Suite erhalten

Me ha gustado todo, el único pero es que el español no era el idioma oficial de las animaciones 😜

Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. 98% des Services war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und Wünsche ablesend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch das Abendbüffet haben wir einmal getestet und gut gefunden. Das A la carte-Restaurant fanden wir 'nur' okay. Die Gegend ist in Ordnung, haben uns lieber im Hotel dann aufgehalten. Toller Pool, angenehme Liegen und guter Service. Würden wiederkommen!

Excellent hotel. Staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The facilities are top class and well maintained. We only had breakfast at the hotel, but it was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Really good options and good quality. If I was to be really picky, I’d say that the pool water was a bit too cold and the music sometimes a bit too loud but that really is nitpicking. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.

All the staff are fantastic, the breakfast selection and quality was the best I have had in any hotel ever! The grounds are immaculate, the pool is big and importantly pretty warm! I would not hesitate to come here again thanks for making our stay so special!

Sharon who checked us in, made us feel very welcomed. Reason why I didn’t give this 10/10 was because of the inconsistency from the staff who served us during breakfast and dinner.

C’était notre deuxième séjour, toujours aussi bien. Belle grande chambre, propre, emplacement à deux pas de la plage. Nourriture excellente et personnel très accueillant.

We arrived at 10pm to a warm welcome, a complimentary drink and, although the restaurant had closed, food had been put by for us to enjoy (much needed).
We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. Even though it was early July, the hotel did not appear to be full. There are sufficient sun beds to cater for all guests around a large pool area, which is surrounded by a well maintained beautiful garden. The hotel is most suitable for any guests that may be infirm or struggle with mobility because all the common areas as relatively flat without steps. The accommodation blocks are low rise (ground floor plus two floors) accessible by wide stairwells plus lifts.
All of the staff were brilliant - from reception to pool bar / restaurant to the cleaners. Most friendly and helpful.
Overall great value for such a lovely hotel. When returning to Majorca in the future, the CM Mallorca Palace will be on our list to stay again.

Sehr schöne Anlage, tolles Personal. Essen hätte manchmal wärmer sein können und vegetarisch/vegan extra gekennzeichnet. Aber sehr lecker alles

The hotel is very quiet, and the reception staff is very friendly. The food was great with a lot of options; however, the staff in the restaurant didn’t seem to understand English very well. The dining closing time is too early (9 PM). Sometimes it was a bit difficult to find a sunshade by the pool. The room toilet could benefit from a renovation.
