I reached late (12:30 A.M.) due to a snowstorm and a late flight. In my hurry, I could not call them. When I reached, the experience I had with the two worst front desk people (Md. Azharuddin and Nishant) shocked me. When I reached, the first thing they told me was that I was late and they couldn't help. The audit is closed. I should just leave and go and figure it out myself. On being told it was a snowstorm outside and that I flew in from out of state, they simply shrugged and said, "It's my fault." I asked them to call the manager, but they said he is sleeping and would fire them if they called. I also offered to pay in case they give me a new room as an early check-in or a new reservation. They seem to be in a hurry to sleep. I had to run around in that cold to find a solution. Thankfully, the well-known brand hotel next door was fantastic, with an amazing front desk staff member. He gave me a room, charged me for early check-in, and helped. Now, that's what I call excellent customer service. To anyone reading this, AVOID this hotel. Those two people are a disgrace to the hospitality industry. I hope Radisson Execs are reading this and take steps to ensure customers come first, even if they are at fault.
Poor service and it’s not clean at all!, I found 3 different bugs in my room and the manager said it’s normal when they come out of the heater…sorry but if I’m paying to stay in a room I don’t expect bugs. And I sent an email and I never heard back and they also don’t do refunds for these types of things. Save your money and go to a motel you will get the same experience..
What a terrible experience!
I booked this hotel thinking it would be an upgrade from my previous stay in the area — big mistake. The property appears to serve more as a residence for certain families rather than a legitimate hotel.
The breakfast was mediocre, consisting of reheated food of questionable freshness, and the dining area was dark and dreary. Several long-term “residents” loaded up on food and carried full plates back to their rooms.
The elevator felt unsafe and on the verge of breaking, so we opted to take the stairs. The entire hotel was filthy and poorly maintained — common areas remained uncleaned throughout our stay. We didn’t use any of the in-room amenities because everything felt dirty.
Do yourself a favor and check the photos before booking — there are far better options available nearby.
Unless you enjoy having a complementary breakfast with swarms of fruit flies, I’d look elsewhere.
I naively trusted the overall 4 star rating and booked a one week non-refundable stay through my credit card provider. The hotel is unkept and poorly managed.
Odors linger throughout the halls and rooms. AC filters in the rooms leave a musty/moldy odor in the room. Carpets, bedding and towels were stained. Bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned with hair left on the vanity. Seems like the bottom of the tub/shower area was just painted over to hide stains and wear. Overall the stay just feels dirty.
I don’t expect much from a complementary breakfast, but this one will haunt you. I figured I’d grab an english muffin on my way out, but had to duck and cover from the wave of fruit flies after opening the breadbox.
I spoke with the general manager, Wendy, to get a refund for the remaining nights and leave the hotel. She dismissed each and every one of my concerns and claimed they “needed to be investigated” (on an undefined timeline). She felt the need to tell me how long she’s been doing her job and how the fruit flies are fine because the hotel regularly treats the drains.
Spare your health and save your money. There’s plenty of alternative stays nearby for around the same price.
The place is decent. Front desk was nice but doesn’t match the room for the price
The hotel and my room were filthy. I would have cancelled but my room was non- refundable with hotels.com. I have never paid so much money to stay in such a dirty hotel. I am greatly disappointed in my visit. The person at the front desk did offer me a different room which was the least dirty of the three I saw. The bathroom had mold, the carpet was stained in many places, the room didn't look like it had been vacuumed properly, the furniture was so dirty I refused to sit in the chair in the room. The bathroom tile and floor never looked like it was ever cleaned. I literally checked the bed for bed bugs before I went to sleep.
The side doors to the building are broken and smelled like cigarettes. The TV didn't work, the curtains were broken and see to be replaced, shower curtain ripped... The windows and AC/heating unit was filthy. I wouldn't stay here again.
The room smelled everyday day very musky. The toilet was so close to the ground it was really hard to get up alot
Yhe accommodations were adequate.
This place is dingy! There's one elevator that takes forever to get from the first floor to the third. The room is small, the lights are bright neon as if you are in a hospital, the TV is small, the bathroom is small, the toilet leaks, the air conditioner makes a loud noise if turned on, the heat coils give off a burnt smell when the air conditioner is turned to a temperature higher than 75 degrees. The staff was friendly until I told them we would be checking out early to move into a better place; after that, it was pure hostility -- the manager tried to make me change my room key to one instead of three, as if I would forget to check out and want to stay there longer. The fitness room is so small that more than 2 people working out together would feel uncomfortable, and there's no such thing as housekeeping for extra blankets, etc.
Staff was fine.
Elevators were out of order for part of the stay.
The room has a bad smell.
Not well hygienic otel.
Will definitely be going back.
Chair in wrong spot to watch TV. Toilet seat very loose. Nothing in tub/shower to help you from slipping. No hooks to hang anything on except 1 towel. Light switch at door did not turn on or off ay lights.
We were here with a wedding party. It was convenient and easy. Our room was comfortable.
Food cold sausage burned hard to understand people not good English but nice property not clean
The man at the front desk yelled at me and harassed me, among other guests. I need to report this, and would appreciate a refund on charges he put on my card that was on file.
Our family's two-day retreat at this hotel was primarily regrettable. The offensive odor emanating in the elevator, coupled with visibly soiled carpeting. The following morning, our room revealed an unwelcome amount of small ants. The need for carpet cleaning were apparent. While the bathroom sink boasted a contemporary design the slow drain was pretty aggravating. The bathtub, however, bore a significant chip with unsightly black residue all over. The hotel's pool served as its crowning glory, and the breakfast offering was passable. The sausage links were disappointing, though the subsequent day's sausage patties redeemed the morning meal. Consistently watery eggs, but the self-serve waffle station was a delightful feature. The coffee was robust, and the communal seating area was pleasant, although we had to tidy our table after previous patrons. The bins were overflowing, attended by a lone employee who may also have been the cook. A request for additional blankets and pillows at the front desk was met with an unhelpful employee. This inability to accommodate us was deeply frustrating. The staff member in question could certainly benefit from customer service training. When inquiring about a late checkout, we were curtly informed it was not permitted, and furthermore, that we would be denied access to the pool and would have to leave the premisses immediately. I have never experienced this type of service from a radisson hotel.
Wen I checked in the room is a non smoking like what I always do get we hate the smell of smoke and it smelled horrible like smoke , humidity rusty im sorry I never write reviews but it was not worth the money as I got to the bed there was some small stain my son refused to stay there we are there to shower and sleep to get going as my son had a tournament that weekend shower took for ever for the hot water and tub looked dirty I did take some pictures just in case didn’t bother the reception but will I stay another night no sorry p.s elevator needs to get looked soon it sounds and does some notice like is about to break and smell of the weed just saying .
