Pros:

I'll be sure to keep staying at Mosstel whenever possible, as my stopover point on a trip across Thailand. The location is great - very convenient to walk to Central from the hotel, and very easy to find. The rooms are comfortable. High-quality mattresses and pillows, and plenty of seating and outlets available. The wi-fi works well. The breakfast is decent. It's also very nice to have plenty of free parking available right next to the hotel. Staff are pleasant to interact with.

Cons:

The shower door did not prevent water from leaking onto the floor of the bathroom when the shower was in use. It would be nice to have an elevator/lift for those guests who are carrying heavy suitcases.
The included breakfast is not the most amazing, but it gets the job done.

Good value, nice staff
Pros:

Spacious room with friendly staff. Close to Central Phitsanulok where we have to business to attend.

Cons:

Not enough re-fill for Breakfast buffet. Sometimes we had to wait 15-20 mins for eggs to be re-filled.

Never again.

Have you ever been in a sewer? That is exactly how our room smelled.

We booked Mosstel based on its high reviews, but our experience didn’t come close to what was praised online. When we entered the lobby, there was a strange odor, but we didn’t think much of it. After a quick check-in, we went to our room and immediately noticed a strong air freshener smell—often a sign that something is being masked.

When I opened the bathroom door, the sewage smell hit me so strongly that I almost passed out. It was overwhelming and completely unacceptable. We immediately left the room, returned the key to the receptionist, and left the hotel.

A few minutes later, the receptionist called asking why we had left. After we explained, she said it was because we had originally booked a second-floor room but asked for a first-floor room instead. Regardless of the explanation, no guest should ever be given a room that smells this horrible.
