The staff at the property were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I especially want to highlight the receptionist, Safaa, who went above and beyond to help me. Her warm and professional attitude made me feel instantly at ease. She was attentive, patient with my questions, and genuinely helpful — she truly made my experience memorable. The location was good.
The bedding and bathroom weren't clean. The restaurant service was horrendous. We didn't get the rooms we had booked.
Accès facile, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le parking fermé. Le restaurant fut une bonne surprise!

Todo fue estupendo. Los empleados fueron muy amables y muy atentos. El desayuno fue excelente con el café y el té de alta calidad. La vista desde el restaurante es fantástica.

Floors were very slippery. Almost slipped a few times with the moisture. Cupboards are swollen, falling and disintegrating in the bathroom. Lights not working
Wall socket not attached. Overall better maintenance needed
