Un hotel de voleurs, jau fait ma réservation sur ebookers et été prelever, arrivesur place on me dit quil ny a plus daccord ave le site et que je doot payer casiment le double sur place ..

L' équipe est est accueillante et disponible. Malheureusement la moquette qui mène dans les chambres sont dans un état capiteux. Les murs des chambres sont également à rénover

Hôtel vieillissant qui a perdu sa carte Accor. Interruption de l’électricité pendant 3h. Service un peu lent mais toujours extrêmement aimable.

Food was good at the restaurant. Internet was decent speed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Overall I had a comfortable stay at the Hotel. my room overall was very comfortable. hotel can do better in painting the walls and efficient room service.

For such price the room should be at least clean! and the staff try always to cheat saing that the room must be paid when it's clearly written "PRE_PAID"!!!

The hotel lacks maintenance, the reception staff is not friendly and not well trained. Their site shows a nice fitness room, which is not in the hotel.

This hotel should be part of the “ibis budget” chain instead of the pullman group. They’re just not on par with the brand while they charge you fully for it.

I was staying on a short business trip and the hotel was in good location to reach my meetings. Efficient pick up and drop off at airport and WiFi which is important while travelling was good.

The hotel is outdated, especially the bathrooms, and the bed linen are very worn out.
On the floor I stayed there was a very persistent smell of old humidity.
A leak also caused flooding of numerous rooms in the hotel, including the lobby.
The staff was not particularly accommodating to resolve any problems.

The price quoted on Expedia is not respected. Staff kept me for 2 hours hostage in order to resolve the price disparity! They claimed it was my fault because such a price is not possible! Do not book this hotel through a third party! It’s a scam!

a real bed after three weeks in the jungle cant be knocked but really tired looking place. service excellent however.
