Schönes Hotel in toller Lage
Pros:

Tolle Lage und sehr nettes Personal

Cons:

Zimmer sind zu klein und die Handtücher sind auszutauschen (Löcher und teilweise schmutzig)

Polecam za lokalizację, czystość jedzenie. Jeśli potrzebujesz internetu szukaj gdzie indziej.

Czysto, smaczne śniadanie z dużym wyborem. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny.

W opisie szybki internet - w rzeczywistości 8mb na 4 mb, wstyd to nazywać jakimkolwiek internetem, kiedy w opisie na booking widnieje opis szybkiego łącza spodziewasz się, że da się wysłać kilkanaście zdjęć, obejrzeć coś ze streamu bo w telewizji 24 kanały w tym 20 niemieckojęzycznych i kilka polskich z zakłóceniami. Pod względem techniki porażka.

Niestety obsługa pozostawiła bardzo złe wrażenie. Pani w recepcji była mało uprzejma i sprawiała wrażenie, jakby rozmawiała z gośćmi wyłącznie wyuczonymi regułkami, bez jakiejkolwiek chęci pomocy.

Rozumiem, że doba hotelowa kończy się o 10:00, jednak spóźniliśmy się dosłownie kilkanaście minut, a już o 10:13 otrzymaliśmy telefon z recepcji z informacją, że mamy natychmiast opuścić pokój. Sposób przekazania tej informacji był bardzo nieprzyjemny.

Dodatkowo parking, za który zapłaciliśmy, okazał się w praktyce zwykłym miejscem przy deptaku, a nie żadnym wydzielonym czy zamkniętym parkingiem hotelowym.

Zapytaliśmy również, czy możemy pozostawić samochód na tym miejscu do godziny 12:00, jednak odpowiedź ograniczyła się jedynie do powtórzenia, że „doba hotelowa kończy się o 10:00”.

Całość sprawia wrażenie miejsca nastawionego wyłącznie na szybkie „odhaczanie” gości, bez podstawowej uprzejmości i elastyczności wobec klientów. Szkoda, bo przy odrobinie lepszej obsługi odbiór pobytu mógłby być zupełnie inny.

Es war sehr angenehm, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!! Immer wieder würde ich buchen!! Schade war nur das die Sauna bis 20 Uhr mit vorherigen Anmeldung zugänglich war, da wir gerne nach 20 Uhr gegangen wären!! Aber das sind auch andere Faktoren die eine Rolle spielen und wir das verstehen können!! Also alles super!!

Lage, Freundlichkeit descPersonals und Saunabereich, weil zeitlich begrenzte alleinige "Anmietung " zum Konzept gehört.

Cons:

Das zu kleine Bad, der zu dünne Kaffee aus der Maschine, wobei der Frühstücksraum, welcher aus zwei Räumlichkeiten besteht, uns als ruhig und gemütlich in positiver Erinnerung bleibt.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Fußgängerzone und so ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, von allem vorhanden.
