Pros:

Skvělá lokalita, výběr jídla na snídani.

Cons:

Místní poplatek vyžadují pouze v hotovosti a není na to nikdo předem upozorněn. Parkovací místa uvnitř objektu jsou strašně úzká, s větším vozidlem máte problém zaparkovat. Na váš požadavek o rezervaci parkovacího místa, který je proveden při objednání pobytu, nikdo ze zaměstnanců hotelu nereaguje. Snídaně jsou od osmi hodin, což je docela pozdě jednak pro ty, kteří chtějí jet na výlet nebo odjíždějí z hotelu a taky proto, že se velká část hostů nahrne na snídani právě v uvedenou hodinu, tvoří se fronty, hosté se mačkají.

Alles in allem war das Bett gut. Das Frühstück reichhaltig, die Service Kräfte nett und freundlich. Waren sehr schnell

Die Lage war perfekt 👌

Cons:

Das Zimmer war klein, die Balkontür war defekt. Die müsste dringend repariert werden. Sie lies sich kaum öffnen und schließen. Als meine Begleitung auf dem Balkon war, kam sie alleine nicht rein , weil die Tür nicht richtig auf ging . Der Hausmeister war nicht anwesend. Wenn man etwas größer und kräftiger ist, bekommt man Probleme auf dem WC und in der Dusche . Im Zimmer war ein komischer Geruch , kann ihn nicht richtig beschreiben, chemisch?!
Wir hatten eine Massage gebucht ,die Dame war sehr unfreundlich. Als erstes wurde man zurechtgewiesen : Kein Deutsch ! Muss auch nicht sein , will massiert werden und mich nicht unterhalten. Die Massage war eher ein einölen als massieren.Der Raum war nicht sauber und die Atmosphäre war auch nicht einladend.
Da ist noch richtig Luft nach oben um sich dort wohl zu fühlen.

Nochmals buchen auf keinen Fall.
Pros:

Frühstück sind wir besseres gewohnt in Swinemünde, es war zwar ausreichend aber in anderen Hotels der gleichen Kategorie war mehr Vielfalt. Es gab nur das nötigste nicht mal Bacon zum Rührei

Sauberkeit Balkon, kleines Bad keine Ablagen am Waschbecken ; viel zu kleine Dusche und hier ebenfalls keine Ablagen

Tolles Hotel in perfekter Lage
Pros:

Uns hat es in dem Hotel rundum gefallen. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal war stets freundlich und die Lage an der Strandpromenade ist genial.

Cons:

Kleines Manko: Der Kaffee beim Frühstück könnte besser sein (vielleicht müssen die Maschinen besser eingestellt werden).
