Super Lage - Große Terrasse - Sauber und Gepflegt
Pros:

Das Appartment befindet sich sehr zentral und bietet ausreichend Platz durch die große Terrasse. Die Dusche ist sehr groß und das Zimmer ausreichend. Was mir nicht so gut gefallen hat war die Küche (nur eine Heizplatte und ein kleiner Topf und Pfannen). Mit dem Schlüssel hatte ich Probleme aber zum Glück war der Verwalter in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Good:

* location + terrace
* communication with Jesus, a very lovely and helpful person.

Bad:

* Ventilation odor, airconditioning installed next to 3 chimneys, because of this you get all the smell of the people that are cooking.
We turned it only 2 times on!

* Terrace should be cleaned better because the walls, on the side of the big plant, were full of cocoons of insects.

* the shower space should be cleaned up, because the tile joints are moldy.

* the bathroom has also a bad odor, smells like drain.

* the small fridge makes a lot of noise

* the small studio should have in general an total refreshment.

Pros:

Klimaanleget fungerte dårlig og. Va kun 2 justering av hastighet ( den bråket velsig høyt og va vanskelig å sove) og va vann lekasje fra den. Det va fugler inni do vifta som laget lyd heile natta.
Kjøkkenutstyr va skitten samt gulvet va klissete. Dagen vi komet hadde vi problem å komme seg inn da hoved nøkkel fungerte ikke i hoveddører, vi hadde flaks at noen va på vei ut. Vi er ikke fornøyd i det heile tatt og angrer på at vi ikke tok hotell. Vann fra kranen i toalett kom nesten ikke ALT VA ØDELAGT OG I DÅRLIG STAND. Eneste positiv va at den va plasert ganske lokalt. Det ser ikke så bra ut som på bolder

Very nicely decorated spacious apartment, modern kitchen and bathroom. Friendly helpful manager. Just a shame the WiFi wasn’t a bit more reliable.
