The staff
Our booking reservation was all jacked up. I feel that I was totally taken advantage of & lied to about the entire reservation. Once we arrived at the hotel, it was nothing close to what was posted/promised on the booking.com site/reservation.
I'm soooooo disappointed with the entire experience, I will not be using booking.com again.
Good location, staff was friendly and helpful
Breakfast was so so, they didn’t have cookies upon arrival like they usually do and ran out of hot chocolate. It got cold so wanted to use the heater, when we turned it on it smelled horrible! Turned it off to avoid stinking up the room!
The room was clean and smelled good. Everything was in working order. We had a handicapped accessible room with a walk-in shower, no tub. The shower curtain did not reach the floor, so the floor got splattered with water from the shower making it really dangerously slippery.

What has happened to lighting in the renovation of hotels? There were two queens in our room and NO lighting beside the beds.
The coffee in the room was great--noth regular and decaf.
My stay was really good. Everyone was polite and friendly.
My only compliant is the lighting in the bathroom needs to be different and not so dark.

Logan checked us in - excellent customer service. He was so friendly and recommended a restaurant we could walk to. Very professional as well. room is large and comfortable. Clean and comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend.
From check-in to check-out our stay was a good experience. The staff was very kind and attentive. We felt like it was a safe area being that there are multiple hotels around. We would stay here again.
