Awful hotel with bad service. Stay elsewhere.
Pros:

Arrived and had trouble checking in. Took a while, the staff don't know how to register foreigners, only locals. I was given a "non-smoking" room with no windows. Musty, moldy smell but i was only there for one night and had to get out to meet a friend so i didn't fight it.
After i got back i took a shower, the new bathroom isn't plumbed correctly and the shower glass leaks water everywhere.
I was awoken at 3am to the room reeking of low quality cigarette smoke. Sometime down the hall may have been chain smoking and the smoke coming into my room by common vents.
I couldn't sleep from then, when i did get up and out of the room i find the hallway didn't smell off smoke but the entire first floor lobby did.
It was raining that morning and the hotel is hidden away in a alley so i asked the front desk if they could call me a taxi. I was told that it was only a few hundred meters from the hotel to the main road so i should just walk. I reiterated that i didn't want to walk through the rain and then wait on the side of the road waiting for a cab, which can take 10-15 min but the front desk shows they don't provide service or any assistance to their guests, just rooms.

I highly recommend you stay elsewhere. Standards here are low for Shandong province but prices are still high.
