サービスが悪すぎて
Pros:

前回7年前は快適だった印象だったので今回宿泊しましたがスタッフはそっけなくやや不親切でした。
部屋の掃除も4日に一回頼まないとやってくれない。3泊しましたが無しです。
ミネラルウォーターサービスもなく
タオルだけが毎日外に置かれているのみ
ゴミが溜まったので出しても交換用の袋も無しなどサービスを最低でした。
2度行きたくないホテルです。

Sehr gutes Hotel, ausgezeichnete Lage, Bahstation direkt um die Ecke und in wenigen Minuten ist man an der Kyoto Station.
Super Preis - Leistung Verhältniss.
Unser Zimmer war für japanische Verhältnisse groß, das Bett war sehr bequem.
Beim Frühstück gab es eine gute Auswahl, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Onsen ist auch sehr zu empfehlen wir waren jeden Abend zum entspannen dort.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt,
Ich kann das Hotel aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen.

とても居心地良く安心のホテル
Pros:

いつもながら、キレイ、過ごしやすい、スタッフさんが親切丁寧。地下鉄も近く、静かで立地も良いと思う。朝食も美味しいのに、お値段も優しい。次ももう予約済みです。私の定宿です。
以前クレンジングが脱衣所にあってので、ちょっと使いづらいかなと思ってましたが、今回はお風呂の洗い場にあって、よかったです。

AMAZING
Pros:

Best hotel I had in Japan, really loved, infront of Jujo station and only 15 mins walk of Kyoto Station (Shinkansen) , all the convenience stores are near there is amazing, very relax place, good vibes and the onsen is amazing! Also the rooms are big very amazing! I love Kyoto❤️🇯🇵
