快適に過ごせました！
Pros:

無料バスがあったことがよかった。1番のよさは、朝食バイキングのスタッフもフロントスタッフも対応がよかったです。

Cons:

無料バスの京都駅発の最終が21:00くらいまであればなぁと思いました。

Pros:

急な人数変更にも柔軟に対応してくださった。大浴場も気持ちよかった。

洗面台のライトが上からだったので、化粧するときに暗く感じてやりにくかった。

Gostei, experiência boa e me hospedaria de novo
Pros:

Hotel novo, moderno e limpo
O estacionamento é bom
O onsen permitiu entrar mesmo com tatuagem
Os recepcionistas falam muito bem o inglês , da pra entender bem

Cons:

O local onde pega os itens de higiene muito exposto
Não tinha abastecimento de alguns itens em determinado horário que fomos.
O valor dos impostos nao foi o avisado aqui no site, foi um valor maior

Buono, ma migliorabile
Pros:

Colazione varia e abbondante, staff gentile.

Cons:

Ho spostato il letto perché addossato al muro (per poter scendere) e sotto la moquette era sporca e piena di polvere. Inoltre non puliscono ogni giorno la camera e il bagno e non rifanno i letti, cambiano solo gli asciugamani che lasci fuori dalla porta.

Hervorragender Service, gerne wieder
Pros:

Das Personal war absolut spitze. Aufgrund eines aufkommenden Taifuns waren wir verunsichert, ob wir unsere Reise nach Tokio antreten könnten. Die Angestellte hat dann direkt bei unserem nächsten Hotel angefragt, ob wir einen Tag eher anreisen könnten und dann sogar noch versucht uns das Geld zurückzuerstatten, welches wir für unsere letzte Nacht in diesem Hotel bereits bezahlt hatten. Dafür nochmal ein großes Danke! Das Frühstück war gut, die Zimmer waren sauber und angenehm ruhig und hatten dazu eine angenehme Größe.

Nichts, es war alles super.

Un emplacement qui nous a permis de découvrir cette belle destination
Pros:

Emplacement près d'une bouche de métro et de quelques sites importants de la ville à visiter. Le onsen était super. Le parking juste derrière l'hôtel. Le calme qui permet de se reposer.
