Amazing trip at an amazing hotel
Pros:

Location, staff, facilities were all perfect. Met at the station by the minibus which made our trip so much easier we will book again next winter for sure thank you

Cons:

Limited evening meal
Options for vegetarian caused us to eat out

It's a comfortable hostel - not much more than that.
Pros:

location is fine if you only want to sky on Ryuoo, if you want to visit Nozawa Onsen which is a much bigger, better equipped resort, you need to travel for roughly 1/2 an hour. There is a shuttle but you need to book it and it doesn't return after 4.30pm. If you want to dine in Nozawa (and there are very, very few places to eat at Ryuoo) you need to book a taxi and this is not always possible, on at least one occasion we were almost unable to find a driver and could have easily been stuck in heavy snow.

Cons:

We booked thinking there was a spa available, these are only in some suites, the hotel itself has helpful staff but unless you only want to ski/board at Ryuoo, I really don't recommend it. The hotel has no vibe or easy bar to have a drink or socialise, it's essentially a comfortable hostel.

Pros:

Our suite was very clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was plentiful and in a pleasant dining room.
The free shuttle service was excellent. The drivers were very helpful.

Cons:

I think the breakfast and dinner options need to be more varied.

If I were to head back to Ryuoo to snowboard, this would for sure be my first pick.
Pros:

This hotel has to be the newest hotel at RYUOO SKI PARK. It was newly renovated in 2018 (i'm told) and it feels like it's been well maintained. It's location is also very convenient as a true ski in/ ski out hotel right on the slope and only a few hundreds meters walk from The Base, where you purchase your lift tickets. They even provide lockers to store your ski equipment and the best part, a free shuttle upon reservation to shuttle you to and from Iiyama Station.

Cons:

The food at the hotel restaurant could be a little bit better for the price.

いくら施設がきれいでも、結局は人の質。アパホテル、東横インの方が充分人の質は高い。

部屋は新しくきれい。充実している。

Cons:

不満点から順に。
・リフト券を２日券、１日券と「事前」予約しているのに、１日券の引き換え券しかない。１日券だと毎日引き換えに並ばなければならないため、今回２泊したのに２日目も２日券の引き換え券を準備していない。確認しても「あ、ありません。すみません」だけ（大柄な男性、眼鏡をかけ、短髪のフロント担当の方）。謝れば良いと思っているからサービスの向上は図られないだろうなと失望（交渉する気にもならなかった）。
・同上のフロント対応者。事前にBookingを通じて連絡をしているのに、上記リフト券の件もこちらが伝えないとそもそも説明もなかった。
・ホテルHPで鉄板焼きのレストランがあったのを確認していたが、途中からHPが閲覧できなくなる。Bookingのメッセージもホテルビュッフェのレストランでのコース夕食予約有無の確認のみで、鉄板焼きのレストランがないことは説明なし。鉄板焼きのレストランで食事するつもりで予約していなかったら、現地についたらお店の暖簾は出てるのに、中は荷物置き場。暖簾の意味も知らない、HPも急に閉鎖、説明もない、非常に低レベルな配慮しかできないのが現状。
・部屋はきれいだが、ほころんだソファー（確認していないのか）
・アメニティの歯磨き粉、硬すぎで全然でない
・大きなロビーでもないのに、スタッフ同士がたって雑談してばかり（じゃまだし目障り）
・日本語も英語もしゃべれない方を清掃スタッフに配置するのであれば、すぐコミュニケーションできるように指導しておくべき

Suitable but wouldn’t stay there again
Pros:

The property was right on slopes and near a lift for boarding, the breakfast was excellent and the place was very tidy.

Cons:

There is no on site parking, the only parking is at the very bottom in the communal car park, there is also no spa/onsen. The bed may suit some but very hard mattress made it difficult to sleep.

Pros:

The hotel and staff were excellent good location for skiing. The only issue is that there are really no local bars and restaurants in the area and nothing is open past 1900.

We loved it!
Pros:

It was Ski in and Ski out. We ended up getting the suite and it was huge. The staff was extremely friendly. The ski resort was very easy to ski. For more advanced skiers, it’s recommended to go to resort nearby.

Great location, amazing rooms & fab staff!
Pros:

The T Hotel is just fab! We had a king suite for 4 nights which was huge! Great for families with two separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & a separate living area. Beds were super comfy, rooms were immaculate & bathrooms were luxurious. We then had two nights in a unagi suite - traditional Japanese tatami room with private onsen. This was smaller with only one main bedroom & one bathroom. The tatami room doubled as a second bedroom & living area. But it was again beautiful & immaculate with plenty of space. And the jewel of this room truly was the private outdoor onsen on the balcony. It was sublime! All the staff at T Hotel were incredibly polite & helpful & their English was amazing - better than anywhere else we’ve been in Japan!

Cons:

It wasn’t true ski in-out. There’s great storage lockers for each room just at the entry to the hotel and whilst you could ski in almost all the way, to get out you either needed to carry your equipment up a small hill or take the conveyor belt on the other side of the adjacent ski run. The conveyor was super slow, very narrow & quite clunky.

Amazing hotel, but very poor dining options.
Pros:

We loved the hotel and the location, ski in ski out experience for our family.
The rooms were beyond our expectations, very comfy beds, amazing pillows.
The shower was my husband's favourite, it was really a different experience with lots of pressure buttons.

Cons:

The only poor thing about the hotel is dinner. We have fussy eaters in our family, so we chose a la carte dining option for our stay. The menu never changed during our stay, every time we asked about the special of the day, the staff were saying the chef is on leave and coming the next day. The chef's return from leave and so the special never happened. Everthing on the menu were just very ordinary cafeteria kind of food. It was very dissapointing.

Magnifique séjour hôtel sur les pistes
Pros:

Un grand merci à Lucile de la réception qui peut nous aider et nous comprendre. Elle est française . L’hôtel est très bien situé sur les pistes de la station et une navette gratuite nous emmène sur une plus grande station si besoin
