Many thanks to Nukri for helping us change rooms.

I had actually prepared a negative review based on my initial experience：After check-in, I noticed that our room was located very close to the reception desk. Since we were staying for six nights, I was concerned about potential noise and politely asked whether it would be possible to move to another room. The male receptionist working the day shift on June 12 responded with words to the effect of, “Why didn’t you book a more expensive room when you made the reservation?” His attitude felt unfriendly and unprofessional, which left a very poor first impression.

Because of that experience, I was prepared to warn future guests that some staff members’ service attitude might be difficult to accept.

However, the next day I spoke with Nukri, and he was extremely helpful. He arranged a room change for us, and the new room is no longer near the reception area. This will make our stay much more comfortable and allow us to sleep much better.

I sincerely appreciate his help. Thanks to Nukri, my opinion of the hotel’s service has improved, and I wanted to make sure that his kindness and professionalism were recognized.
Without Nukri’s help, I would have simply posted the negative review I had already prepared. His assistance genuinely changed my perception of the hotel’s service.

After six nights at the hotel, I can honestly say that the receptionist who checked us in was the only staff member whose attitude was disappointing. The other staff members were pleasant and professional, including the female housekeeping employees we met during our stay.

By the way, the staff member working the daytime shift when we checked out on June 18 was very helpful and had a great attitude as well.
