We had a very pleasant stay.
Pros:

The front desk staff was very welcoming and willing to help in any way.
The breakfast was delicious and hot, and the food was kept filled. The space was ample and clean. The attendant was very helpful and friendly.
The hotel is conveniently close to the highway but tucked into a neighborhood that was very quiet. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel has an indoor pool and an exercise room.

Great experience
Pros:

The pool was the first thing I saw and also appreciate the exercise room.

I also want to give a shoot out to Ms Minter…she was very welcoming and started out stay out well.

Cons:

The room did smell a bit musty and more parking spaces would have been nice.

Cons:

You price is outrageous. I realize why you charge what you do. $600+ is a bit much for such a poor facility. But it was homecoming and lots of people need some where to stay. And fools like me will pay for a place to stay on a big weekend. I should have looked at a different place.
