Courtyard by Marriott Nashua

The décor of the Courtyard, the staff, the bar, the room, the experience it was very posh for minimum price. My wife and I were up for my nephew's graduation at S. NH U it was easy. Access to the highway, easy access to the towns around plenty of food in the area.
And as a bonvoy customer when you go into a courtyard mirror yacht, they usually have some bonus points love the outdoor games by the fire pit here it was cornhole,

Limited handicap parking
Room phone never operational the entire stay even thru hotel was aware within the first hour of my stay.
AC/Heat not working properly--either too cold or too hot. Unit would run for less than a minute and then turn off.
Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.
Even tho website indicated "daily housekeeping", there was NONE the entire stay.
We ate breakfast at The Bistro in the hotel; later had the runs. In addition, they forgot to put the bacon on my entree; had to go back up to request it; also expensive.
While in the room, you could hear people who were in the hall talking/laughing.
There was a very kind, considerate front desk clerk by the name of Charlotte who was exceptional.

Friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed!

The bartender, Valerie, was great and so was the live jazz band. Fewer and fewer places still have a bar, so it was nice to be able to have a drink and relax at the place we were staying.

Staff was very friendly. Room was very small and furniture barely fit in the room. There was barely enough room for one person move around the room. Dog area outside needed work, it looked like it had been had neglected for several years.

Our room smelled like a cat. No idea why but it was pretty stinky. Otherwise appeared clean other than the smell.

Booked this particular location for the outdoor seating area!! After paying for the room I found out, smoking was not allowed outside!!! I feel it should of been noted in the add and I never would of given the property a second look!!

Nice hotel in general

Hotel was clean and staff was very nice.

Hotel was convenient for the visiting we do when in the area. Did not like the monster char (or was it a couch/loveseat) in our room that was unusable.. so uncomfortable. could not sit and reach the back of it. so no place to sit in the evening fo one of us... asked if they could do something bout it. nothing happened. fthen floor got wet neat A/C call front desk to tell them, they asked if I wanted someone to come up and look at it.. i told them it wasn't my hotel so whatever they would normally do. she aid she would make a note of it... wet spot grew as week went on. and housekeeping... guess it is optional??? we made the bed..in 8 days it was ot changed.. we did get clean towels and I put the trash outside the door except for the couple of days they took it. Not impressed.

There was a huge wall outside our room so we had no view. Food options were fine and the bed was comfortable

Clean, nice staff, nice facilities, pool, gym, outdoor fireplace, nice outdoor sitting and dining area.

Bar staff

The staff was very friendly and professional. The bedrooms were musty and I don’t think the comforters were clean. Our allergies were terrible. There was mold in the bathtub and the tub wouldn’t fill up for a bath soak.
