Pros:

A tarde na nossa chegada tinha um rapaz e uma moça muito disponivel e dispostos a apresentar bem o hotel..etc..Conforto nos móveis da recepção
A nossa decepção foi a noite com a mudança de turno de funcionários.

Cons:

Uma moça atendente no turno da noite muito desagradável...eu conversava pedia informações e ela de cabeça baixa no celular como se ela estivesse na casa dela.Horrível o comportamento. Parece que eu devia paga-la para obter resposta.
A empresa precisa treinar essa moça porque os clientes pagam já caro par ter um bom resultado...funcionario que não segue essas regras de um bom profissional na ausência do gerente não merece exercer esse tipo de cargo...
Inclusive meia noite ao voltar para dormir com minha família ela não se preocupou em olhar nas câmeras e abrir o portão...da garagem...ficamos minutos aguardando e chamando...poderia acontecer te tudo naquele momento e ela sem perceber nada!
Pagamos diárias cara pra quê?..

Foi razoavel, o grande problema foi o servico de limpeza, sai de manha e retornei no final da tarde e o quarto nao estava limpo, tive q solicitar a limpeza do quarto. Fiquei dois dias e pontuaram apenas um no hoteis.com.
No qual perdi pontuacao na minha noite de recompensa

Se isso é o melhor da cidade...
Pros:

Dois de nós tinham um quarto cada e ficavam 5 noites. Eles não tinham as suítes que tínhamos reservado em Hoteis.com (todos estavam sendo reformados aparentemente) então nos colocaram em quartos padrão, bem ao lado do estacionamento.

Os quartos eram barulhentos, a internet era terrível, a água quente não estava quente e nenhum quarto foi limpo mesmo uma vez durante toda a nossa estadia de 5 dias!

O tamanho do quarto e as instalações estão bem, mas os funcionários desinteressados e preguiçosos tiram qualquer chance de uma estadia decente.

Eu diria para ficar em outro lugar, mas das pessoas com quem falei isso é o melhor que Tucuma tem a oferecer...
