Extrodinary Staying

Stayed for 2 nights. It was comfortable. The facilities were working fine. Good A/C, Heater. Room service was very good. The equipments' maintenance could be improved.

Friendly staff. Hotel not in the best condition and not very clean.

No hot water. No toilet paper even though we asked for it twice.

Good place next to the train station with friendly staff. 15min on foot to Meenakshi temple.
Breakfast did not look like reasonable for most Europeans.

Service was bad. Receptionist and bellboy all need training in customer service. Rooms had bad rework. Bedsheets and towels stank and looked like they haven't been washed in ages. I would NOT RECOMMENT this hotel for anyone else. To quote: "I wouldn't wish this even for my enemy"

The bedsheets, room was very dirty. Disappointed stay!

Overall the hotel is a good choice for a trip given its location. The rooms are comfortable, just a couple of minor issues leaking health faucet in the loo and the mention of a round the clock menu when te restaurant shuts at 1030 pm

No wifi in room, TV was broken and staff were disinterested in finding a solution.

This hotel has lovely friendly staff. The room was a good size. The hotel seems to be under redecoration and this may have affected our experience, but the floor of the room in particular, had clearly not been cleaned for a while as it was extremely dusty.
The shower was excellent and the hot water was plentiful.
The room faces a busy street and there was no sound-proofing. The noise was the same whether the window was open or shut.
Despite my reservations the hotel still offered reasonable value for money.

Location of the property is good. Very close to all. Washroom smells. The toilet location is so weird. When you sit your legs does not touch the floor. You feel like comet going to break and fall down. I travel a lot but I never seen one. I should have taken a picture. Made a mistake. The bed covers are not clean. It was itchy all over the body. Floor is dirty and the carpet inside the room. In front of the elevator there was 5 beds were lying down. Not able to access our floor.

The hotel is very convenient as it just 100 or 200 meters from railway station platform. Not much of train noise but on the day of stay due to ayudhapooja music started blaring from 5 am - hotel staff courteous and good - nice and clean rooms - would recommend for family

Spacious and modern rooms, right at the middle of the city and closest to Meenaakshi Amman’s temple. enjoyed our stay.
