Very bad hotel. The pictures online do not match reality at all. The rooms are full of moisture, and the mattresses were moldy and in very poor condition.

We stayed for three days, and for two of those days there was no hot water. The staff showed complete negligence and lack of care for the guests.

For this price, there are many much better hotels in Istanbul. Do not be misled by the photos.

We were a large group and rented about 10 rooms. All of them were in terrible condition. Some people from our group left the hotel after only 20 minutes. Despite this, the hotel refused to refund us any money, saying that we had already entered the rooms. Of course we had to enter the rooms to see them, but the attitude of the staff was shocking. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Extremely disappointing hotel. The photos online are very misleading and look nothing like the actual rooms. The rooms were damp, smelled of moisture, and the mattresses appeared to be moldy and very old.

We stayed for three nights, but during two of those days there was no hot water at all. When we informed the staff, they did nothing to fix the problem and showed very little interest in helping the guests.

We were a large group and booked around 10 rooms. Every single room had serious issues and was far below acceptable standards. Some people from our group decided to leave the hotel after only a few minutes because the conditions were so bad.

Despite all these problems, the hotel refused to refund any money. Their excuse was that we had already entered the rooms, which makes no sense because of course you need to see the room first. Overall, a very bad experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
