War nicht wirklich sauber,Untergeschoss,Wände waren mit irgendwas bespritzt/ verschmutzt.Türzarge hing raus.Badartikel wurden nicht nachgefüllt.Tägliche Zimmerreinigung wurde nicht jeden Tag durchgeführt.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel était plutôt bon, car il se trouvait au centre de la ville.

Cons:

Le personnel de l’hôtel n’a pas été accueillant et le service n’était pas bon. La chambre était très petite et ne correspondait pas aux photos ni à la description lors de la réservation. Elle était sale, le lit était sale et la salle de bain aussi. De plus, le service n’était pas satisfaisant pendant la plupart des jours du séjour.

Very bad hotel. The pictures online do not match reality at all. The rooms are full of moisture, and the mattresses were moldy and in very poor condition.

We stayed for three days, and for two of those days there was no hot water. The staff showed complete negligence and lack of care for the guests.

For this price, there are many much better hotels in Istanbul. Do not be misled by the photos.

We were a large group and rented about 10 rooms. All of them were in terrible condition. Some people from our group left the hotel after only 20 minutes. Despite this, the hotel refused to refund us any money, saying that we had already entered the rooms. Of course we had to enter the rooms to see them, but the attitude of the staff was shocking. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.
