Jackie/ Janice can remember her name but she was nice.

Cons:

Location looked like an 1 hour motel. Terrible rooms did not look like the pictures. Cigarette buds on floor. Stains on curtains. A/C vent dirty. Floor dirty. When we mentioned it they gave us another room and I went in to take a look and as soon as I cut the light on roaches scattered. Do not stay here! They need to remodel the whole hotel. They did refund me, however it put me and my 2 children without some place to stay and we were 3 hours away from home. I had to just go ahead and drive home instead of getting a good night's rest and starting fresh in the morning!! Warning do not stay here! We tried to go next door to baymont and they were full but they have much nicer rooms

Staff was friendly

Cons:

Room left a lot to be desired. Floor was so sticky and dirty.. had to constantly wear shoes to avoid black.. I mean BLACK bottoms to feet.. bathroom door dragged so badly it was difficult to open and shut.. bed was uncomfortable.. chairs for sitting had long seen better days.. shower was held together by much caulk..

There's nothing I did not like My Room was very clean comfortable sheets pillows case my refrigerator in coffee maker my tub and floors microwave tub curtains excellent job ⭐⭐⭐⭐keep up the good work

Pros:

Everything else was fine besides the bathroom. The covers were stiff, but I can get over that.

Cons:

There was a roach in my bathroom. The bathroom in general wasn't great. The light was dim, there was no fixture on the light, there were little holes in the wall I'm pretty sure the roach came out of.

Worst mistake ever , just went to sleep .

we killed two roaches in our room within 5 minutes of being there. It was disgusting on the inside . Not clean , stains , water leaking from ac . No towels . The food was disgusting , the ice was nasty . It was a horrible stay . Only one light worked . The lamps no longer worked
