Motel 6 Charlotte, NC – Airport South

Pretty horrifying. I just left after checking in because this hotel did not feel safe.

Th stay was horrible

It was an unsafe place and area with bugs.

Area around Motel 6 appeared run down with few homeless encampments. Room itself was clean and comfortable.

Well terrible neighborhood. A lot of unsavory activity. Our original room was disgusting to say the least. They put us in another room that honestly wasn't much better. Broken fixtures no pillows just an overall poor experience.

The sheets and blankets were stained. The room was cleaned poorly and there were cockroaches un the barhroom

If I could give this place below zero I would do so. Do NOT be fooled by the pictures. This place is old, filthy, and literally surrounded by crackheads. We got here really late so we had to stay overnight under duress.

We were afraid of going outside because there were so many crackheads outside the complex. There was literally NO electricity in our room. I am shocked that Expedia would even put this place on its website. This place needs to be demolished.

Great food options. It’s just the area was a bit sketchy in the beginning before the cops showed up.

I booked this hotel through Expedia , immediately as I arrive you get a stench and can see the cockroaches outside very un clean and unprofessional hotel , room was full of insects and cockroaches, we left our luggage open as we had gotten prepared to go out only to find insects and cockroaches coming into our things , we had to throw away some items because it was just to disgusting, would never recommend

Too many homeless walking close the hotel bothering the customers. It give an unsafe sensation while staying in the hotel.

It was one of the worst experiences. Reservation desk asked for 100 cash for deposit. There was no where it was mentioned.
I was traveling with a toddler and the front desk booked us for 3rd floor with the elevator being out of order. This was overall a ridiculous experience. The motel also advertised for breakfast,L. There was no breakfast.

Place literally sucks so bad, management overbooks and then tries to downgrade your hotel room and act likes its not big deal. Go stay at the Double Tree Hotel literally a mile down the road, just $20 more. It's Definity not worth staying here.

They invoiced me for deposit twice!!!

Do not atay at this hotel unless you are willing to post a hundred dollar cash deposit per room. I have a photo of the document but can not get it to post.

I liked the Mexican Restaurant readily available right next to the motel

Not well lit, bugs in rooms even after being moved. Very nasty and noisy….But hey guess you get what you pay for?!
