I was very uncomfortable and cautious.
Pros:

It was close to the airport

Cons:

It was outdated,multiple different smells stuck in certain areas. Bed comforters was nasty and dirty, shower curtain brown outdated, sink stopped up every time used, it just felt very uncomfortable during the stay but I had no choice but to deal with it because it wasn’t anything else available but it was definitely certain odors stuck in the hallway, elevator, lobby and room. Those smells stayed in those areas the entire stay

Incredible service, lousy and dirty facility.
Pros:

Shawna front desk provided exceptional customer service. The rest staff were good as well.

Cons:

Needs renovation, your outstanding staff deserves a 4 star facility. Breakfast and coffee could use improvement. Carpets on the first floor are filthy.

Pros:

The property was nice and clean! Lobby was very spacious, room for people to sit while waiting! The restaurant perfect location & bathrooms at the entrance! Staff was kind and patient! 🙌🏽

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like! There was an inconvenience due to the hotel not having iron boards at the property!

Pros:

I definitely appreciated the evening staff. The front desk staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond in handling my check in after such a late arrival. The new location is convenient to the freeway.

Cons:

The breakfast was the worse experience I have ever had. A cooked sausage on a plate wrapped in cellophane. A fried egg on a plate wrapped in cellophane. A pitcher of milk for dry cereal. Bagels without the normal toppings. The pastries were dry and there was no one making sure that the dining area was stocked. The room was never cleaned even though we were out of the room from 11:00 AM until 1:00 AM so the beds were not made and no towels provided.

No issues except for the breakfast
Pros:

The rooms were nice and the shuttle worked with me trying to lead my wife to the shuttle...the front desk was so helpful getting my wife

Cons:

My only issue was the breakfast was the worst I have ever experienced....having a restaurant on the property you'd think the breakfast would be great. ..alot of the guests are catching planes and the breakfast might be the last thing they will eat...do better!!
