Loved the design of the room and the placement of all of the furniture…cute, little twist:) The room was clean, the shower was phenomenal and the bed was fabulous! I seriously want stay here again to sleep in that bed!😊 It is a step above the other hotels with the same or more expensive rates. Very comfortable with noticeable, subtle elegances. Will definitely be back!

Staff was amazing. Room was clean. My complaint is that it says there’s a restaurant, but it’s actually the bartender being a short order cook. The menu sucks, and breakfast was muffins, cereal or fruit, at a ridiculous price. I’m normally good at making sure I book a hotel with free breakfast, but I screwed up on this one. Definitely will be more careful when booking, going forward.

Pros:

I booked the hotel on Friday and immediately learned that I could not make the trip and tried to cancel but was not permitted to cancel.
Both the flight and rental car allow cancelation - why not the hotel? I am a Bonvoy member and talked with several different folks who would not grant me a refund. This is a bad policy.

Will not stay at this Courtyard again
Pros:

Hotel was very difficult to find. The staff were friendly and helpful. The burger from The Bistro was okay. Road noise was annoying when we were trying to sleep. The door wall was so filthy we couldn't see out of it.
