Located right next to the mall and surrounded by restaurants. The front desk staff was great with suggestions on were to go eat. Pamela the GM was very helpful when I needed to extend my reservation due to the icy roads. Breakfast was delicious and the hot coffee was fresh every time I came to get a cup. I will be back.
I stayed at this Hampton Inn in Abilene, TX, for 2 nights. Everything was perfect, from the friendly staff to the comfortable beds. The room was very clean, warm on freezing nights, and extremely comfortable. I will definitely be back again.

I had a really disappointing stay at this Hampton Inn. Breakfast was late every morning by 15–30 minutes, it tasted old, and they served the same thing two days in a row. The front desk supervisor smelled like cannabis, and the rooms were old, smelly, and run down. There was even mold in my room, which made the stay feel unhealthy and unsafe. When I checked out, I had to wait five minutes before the supervisor finally came from the back. Honestly, this building either needs a full renovation or to be demolished and rebuilt. On top of that, this location needs new property management, because they have let a Hilton brand hotel look more like a Super 8 or Motel 6 — definitely not what a Hilton should represent or look like. The only positives were the newer TV in the room and the evening and night staff, who were friendly and helpful. I stayed here back in July and nothing has changed since then.

Stayed here for a night. Typical Hampton Inn really, we always find them clean and comfortable. We had a good night sleep and moved on in the morning. Nothing stood out good or bad, hence the average rating.
Check in and check out was effortless and the staff was excellent. Lots of luggage carts to help with loading and unloading. Super clean and quiet. Will definitely stay again.

Entire stay was good. Only problem was the elevator door does NOT stay open very long. It caught my arm caused a good size skin tear. The large bandaid that my wife had packed was not large enough. We had to go to the store to purchase larger bandages.
Stayed for work and this place needs a immediate renovation I'm surprised Hilton has let this property get like this the carpets are old and stained you can smell mildew and mold as soon as you walk in the building,I checked in and I didn't even get a welcome the only time we got acknowledged is after we waited for someone to check in and got to the desk the lady at the front desk may signed me up for Hilton rewards after I told her 3 times I didn't want to sign up because of info on the room was all my work email and work number and she still signed me up 😠 the room was clean, just wish they were updated my tv was a 32 inch and it had a blue tint, left the hotel and came back in the mid am after seeing some family and I could hear snoring coming from the back I guess the night shift person was sleep smh,I loved mickey she was very sweet and professional she acknowledge to me as soon as she saw me.breakfast was out late and the coffee wasn't that hot and tasted like the ern wasn't cleaned.

75.00 just because I’m traveling with my Shi sue puppy. Will never stay with your hotel ever again. “Pet Friendly” has no business being listed in your advertisement. The fact that you charge 75.00 for your dog to stay is ridiculous.
There was a huge cockroach in our room. Mold on the shower head. The towels, wash cloths, hand towels had stain spots. The breakfast room area was very dirty…..the floor was sticky with syrup, the food counter was littered, the attendant told us there were no eggs left (at 8:15 a m), although the desk clerk told her to bring out more.
Very disappointed….Hampton Inn is NOT what Hampton Inn used to be.
Morning lady was a bit rude but the afternoon and evening staff were over the top excellent employees!
May stay was booked through you guys with a check in on May 8th and check out on May 11th. Instead for some reason you guys put me as a no show for May 7th and billed me for that night and that was not my check in, so stern I got there in May 8th they had to try and find me a room for May 8 through the 11th, I want a refund from you guys for the night you charged me May 7th when you said I was a no show!!
They canceled our room without asking if the problem coukd be resolved. I had a new card because previous one was stolen.
