Our Hilton experience was wonderful. The whole staff were fabulous but shoutouts to Mike in the restaurant and all the guys at valet parking. You’re the best.

Home Away from Home at the Hilton Woodland Hills
Pros:

I had the pleasure of staying 2 weeks at the Hilton Woodland Hills for a job assignment. If you ever get the chance, try the Runway Restaurant’s breakfast, and ask for either of the waiter brothers, Mike or Oscar. They made my stay feel like a true “Home Away from Home”… with their professional demeanor and personal interaction. The breakfast buffet has everything that you would ever want, and the à la carte menu is pretty good, too…both reasonably priced! I am very much looking forward to my next long term assignment here in the LA area.

The location was very good, room was clean and comfortable. It met our needs.
Pros:

Parking was easy and we were given an 'in and out' pass for the time we were there- No charge for parking. Good location with shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

Cons:

The TV was a bit difficult to get straight. It was not very user friendly. The hotel did not provide in-room access to local sporting events making it only available in the bar.
The room was comfortable but there were no towel racks in the bathroom, so no where to hang towels.
Also, for California we were surprised there was no pool.

Solid Experience
Pros:

Excellent service by front desk and dining staff. Relatively new and well maintained and clean hotel and rooms. Nothing fancy but excellent features and service for travelers. Fairly priced.

Last time was better.

The room was ok; I would appreciate a proper couch/loveseat in the sitting area rather than "just a chair".

Cons:

The front desk attendant (Nazanin) was unfriendly and unknowledgeable. The last time I stayed here, the staff member (Ethan) immediately saw my Hilton Honors membership number and offered me a room with a view. This time, I had to find my number and recite it to her, and she didn't offer any upgrades.

The venue was beautiful, well-prepared, and perfectly suited for a professional leadership gathering. Babette Shade, Director of Catering and Banquets, and her team went above and beyond to ensure every detail was handled with care and precision. Their communication was outstanding, responsive, and proactive, which made the planning process seamless and stress-free. Everything was executed beautifully, and our team felt well-supported throughout the event. I am truly grateful for the superior service and look forward to holding additional offsites at this Hilton Woodland Hills in the future.
