I would not stay here again. Price per night is too high to deal with the problems this hotel comes with.

1. The room smelled like clorox as soon as we stepped in.
2. This Hilton branch charges their guests for WIFI. I would understand if this was a cheap motel or inn, you charge over 200 per night AND ask to pay for WIFI??? Of course, I didn’t use it, but this is not okay.
3. At the moment, I’m charged for self parking AND valet. I didn’t even use the valet service. My hushand called them to correct the situation, and the staff said she’ll call us soon, but still no call.
4. We paid for the hotel on booking.com before we got to the hotel, but somehow they attempted to charge us at the desk and my credit card is charged with unknown fees.
5. TV didn’t even work. - I didn’t bother to call the service to fix it, but again, you charge a lot for this to happen under Hilton’s name???
6. AC is SO loud and every time it turned on, I woke up every single time!! I eventually had to turn it off, then it got really hot. :((

Great location and enjoyable stay for 3 nights. We will book again.
Pros:

The hotel is modern and clean. Rooms are nice. Great location close to Topanga Village and Westfield Mall.

Cons:

Some of the Valet staff were rude and nasty. The entrance was full, so we had to pause to load our luggage, and the valet staff was blowing their horns and yelling while we were in the car. Also, we were having breakfast on Sunday morning when there was some kind of church service upstairs, and the clapping and yelling were too loud. Guests in the lobby and restaurants don't need to hear all that noise.

Smooth 3-day corporate conference due to great customer service
Pros:

Third year hosting a high-profile company conference at this hotel and it has never disappointed. Newly refreshed decor this year was an added bonus. George and his team were fantastic: executed every room layout exactly as promised, every food & beverage order was served on time and was delicious, and any last minute change or hiccup was smoothed over with professionalism. And to be clear, the changes and hiccups came from me! Diana was also incredible, making the planning and days-of the event go smoothly. And Suleyma managed our room reservation block like a boss. Great customer service. Highly recommend.
