Hilton Woodland Hills/ Los Angeles

We were greeted outside of the hotel, and the front counter staff was quick and efficient . We had a large, nicely furnished room. We were taken care of in the mornings at breakfast by Mike C and in the evenings at the bar/restaurant by Will and James. They all were friendly, professional, and took great care of us! Everything was wonderful.

I am staying at the Hilton Woodland Hills and l and working in my room (Friday). My husband and I came down for breakfast and met your employee Oscar. I wanted to take my breakfast to go as I was working. Although your restaurant normally does not allow to go orders or room service Jose made it happen. He was very pleasant and extremely accommodating. I ask that you recognize his superior customer service. It’s employees like Oscar that make your hotel a success. Thank you!!

Babette and her crew are simply amazing. From start to finish she helped us make our event spectacular. I never had to worry about anything. The Hilton is a great location for any event. My students were so impressed with the venue. The food was delicious. The service was exceptional. I will always have my Military Ball at the Hilton in Woodland Hills. Thank you Babette for the great experience.

The bed was alright..

This hotel was very clean,with good lighting,and its restaurant,and event hall very well kept.
This is a Pet friendly hotel,and despite that its very well kept.
The food is excellent and house keeping is good. They have a good variety of teas and coffee packs
Pool and excersise room is of good quality.

We have now hosted our Healing Arts & Wellness event for the second year in a row at the Hilton Woodland Hills, and I can confidently say it has been an outstanding experience each time.

The venue is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The banquet space is spacious and versatile, making it ideal for hosting large events, and the location is extremely convenient with easy access and parking for both vendors and attendees.

What truly makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. The team is very kind, professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. Communication is always prompt and clear, which makes planning and execution feel seamless.

A special thank you to Babette for her incredible attention to detail, organization, and consistent support — we truly consider her a valued partner, and she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Jorge and Robert went above and beyond on the first day of the event, taking the time to guide and support our vendors, which made a big difference. Antonio and Salvador were also fantastic during setup, ensuring everything was handled with care and efficiency.

The entire team created an environment that made it easy for us to focus on our event while knowing we were fully supported behind the scenes. We truly value this partnership and look forward to continuing to host our events here in the future. Highly recommend this venue for anyone planning a professional and well-organized event.

We flew from SF to LAX grabbed a SIXT car and are staying in Woodland Hills 1 night before we fly back to Sydney on Saturday night. It's perfect about 45 minutes from LAX - great drive. Great options for dinner including modern ( coeliac only ) shopping, Whole Foods, valet and big rooms. Great find and it's a beautiful hotel. Linen is gorgeous quality. Westfield Topanaga is 5 minutes away.

We enjoyed a very nice stay during a four-night vacation to Southern California. Our room was located on the 14th floor, was very clean and expertly serviced each day, with nice amenities including a coffee service, a small fridge, two flat screen TVs and plenty of places to plug in phones, iPads, and other devices for re-charging.

Our bed was comfortable and our room was quiet for great sleeping during our stay.

Woodland Hills was a perfect launch point for our ventures, as we traveled west to visit Calabasas and Westlake Village one day and east to visit Warner Brothers Studios and Hollywood on other days.

Two minor complaints, which do not affect my rating: 1) the tub drain could not be closed, so no relaxing baths to be had (we did not call engineering to ask for repair); 2) the TV offerings were scant and there is no opportunity to stream anything using the TVs. If we were so inclined, we would have had to stream through our iPads, but we mostly ended up reading instead.

All in all, a very nice stay.
