Loved My Stay
Pros:

Hotel was located near the mall and other restaurants. The area is very walkable and safe. The hotel was reasonably clean. The room was spacious and clean as well.

Cons:

They only had one elevator working at the time of my visit, it did not create that much of an issue but was a bit slow at times.

Will book Hilton for future trips
Pros:

Location close to mall and shops. I was very happy with the handicap room for my daughter with great view. Was going to stay 1 night but stayed four nights

Have to go to smoking area to smoke.

Adequate, but no atmosphere.
Pros:

Food was very good. Room was clean. valet service was good.

Cons:

Very sterol, No art work in rooms. Same runway video running in the lobby over and over.
The art work on each floor was the same one piece. No water or coffee available in lobby.

Clean and location

Cons:

The hotel never accepted my reservation and took just about an hour to get me checked in. I had to basically book again, the manager was very rude and dismissive, never addressing me directly just sending the front desk worker back and forth to ask the same questions over and over again. I never received an apology or any sort of compensation for the inconvenience. The elevators were not working properly and there was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower.
