Beautiful hotel, great staff.
Pros:

We always stay there when visiting LA. Always geat service from the front desk and restaurant. Special shout out to Mike in the restaurant.

Great hotel, accommodating and friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff is excellent! I am
Handicapped and they have helped me the entire time I’ve been here. The restaurant will bring up food for me , even though there is no longer room service. The front desk is always there as well. Some standouts from the staff are, Luciano and Marylin from the front desk. Khalahari (spelling) the F&B manager, and Will and James from the restaurant. I’m sorry I can’t name everyone, but the entire staff is amazing.
