Pros:

i love how friendly the staff is! we had a small issue with our original room and they upgraded us to a higher floor for free!

Pros:

The staff was friendly enough.

Cons:

The water pressure was terrible and took forever to be warm/hot. The thermostat in the room also didn’t seem to work properly.

The tv didn’t work. Couldn’t call service desk. Phones were never ringing. Had to go down to front desk every time. No smart tv. Toilet made disgusting noise. Parking situation was very inconvenient

Unsanitary!!! Sorry not sorry
Pros:

Housekeeper friendly and employees. BUT no one not even the manager resolved the blood issue on the comforter and sheets in our room!!! blamed it on memorial weekend being booked its insane they couldnt find one comfortable!!!! Embarrassing.

Cons:

It was during memorial day weekend, and my birthday. We got two rooms and in my room the comforter on my bed was dirty—with blood the sheets the pillows too. The manager did nothing but send 3 sheets and pillow cases No comforter found in all the hotel. Unbelievable, worst night ever. I also forgot my kids san diego hat and they want $54 to ship to us! INSANITY!! The hotel should send it for free since they couldn’t address the blood on the comforter and sheets!!!

Hidden Treasure Event Venue in the SFV!!
Pros:

We hosted an event at the Hilton Woodland Hills, and it really could not have been better. I think this might be the best deal in the whole San Fernando Valley for hosting an event. Babette Shade is the partner, collaborator, and coordinator of my dreams. She allowed me to be flexible, laid back, economical, seriously stress free, and free to enjoy the preparation and the event itself. We received the whole second floor -- both ballroom and large foyer. The space was recently renovated and was so fresh and clean, with great backdrops for photos, great layout for dining and dancing, interacting with outside vendors, and lounging out of the dj's audio blast. Babette coordinated with the chef to help me design the most appropriate menu and setup for our event, and she basically provided me with all the decor I needed too. I am so thankful for her. And the evening captain, bartenders, security guard, etc. were all so kind and warm and helpful. Plus they take care of all the setup and cleanup. I am thrilled, because I feel like I really happened on the very best venue for our family's celebration, and probably for less than I could have hosted anything half as good anywhere else. Thank you Babette and team!!

Comfortable bed and pillows. Extra seating, desk TV. The refrigerator was a plus. It really comes in handy when staying for family graduations and celebrations.

Wish there was lightning over or near the full length mirror. Hard to see. Small thing but it would be helpful

Hilton - Best Hotel Venue in the San Fernando Valley
Pros:

The Hilton Woodland Hills is the go-to venue for the San Fernando Valley Chapter of The Links, Incorporated. Whether a chapter meeting for 25 or our recent Luncheon for 120, we are met with professionalism, friendly staff and excellent service. The food is always delicious with an ample menu. A special thanks to Babette Shade, Catering Director who we give the Highest Honors. She always provides the best information and advise. Available to answer questions and provides exemplary service. The hotel is beautiful with very special spaces for events. Thank you, Babette, for making our events seamless, elegant and enjoyable.

Se o quarto é para 3 pessoas, tem que ter sabonetes suficientes e água também.
O Wi-Fi é cobrado à parte. O estacionamento nos deixou quase 30 minutos aguardando o carro pq o manobrista disse que ia buscar-ló e esqueceu 🙄, isso pq é um serviço que também é pago.
