Pros:

La comodidad de la habitación y la amabilidad del personal. Las chicas de la limpieza fenomenales, voluntariosas y atentas. La variedad de amenities y la ubicación a un paso de la plaza del Pilar, todo fue óptimo.

Cons:

Por decir algo, me hubiera gustado hervidora/cafetera eléctrica en el cuarto, pero todo fue excelente.

Confortable y muy bien ubicado.
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal tanto en recepción como en el desayuno. La ubicación es inmejorable al lado de la Plaza de Nuestra Señora del Pilar y de todos los servicios y comercios. El desayuno muy completo y muy bien atendido. Que tenga parking propio. Detalles de bienvenida en la habitación. Que tenga cafetera y hervidor.

Cons:

En Domingo no tienen servicio de cafetería ni restaurante,.Solo hay una persona para atender a todo el hotel. No me parece bien en un hotel de 4 estrellas y de una cadena NH que siempre ha destacado por sus servicios. Tampoco tienen un carro adecuado para llevar las maletas, es muy incomodo.
