L'hôtel est extrêmement bien situé en face de l'office de tourisme de Saragosse, à côté des points d'intérêt du centre ville historique. Il y a un grand parking gratuit de l'autre côté du pont en face de l'hôtel.
La chambre est spacieuse avec tous les équipements nécessaires et beaucoup de rangement. La présence d'une baignoire est un plus. La vue est dégagée et agréable.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la double porte (une vers le couloir des parties communes, une entre la partie nuit et la partie couloir privatif/salle de bain).
La chambre étant située au-dessus du quai et du feu tricolore, on entendait un peu les bruits de circulation.
Le petit déjeuner est varié et qualitatif.
Le tarif avec petit déjeuner m'a semblé élevé, les prestations de l'hôtel étant un peu datées.
Indiquer aux hôtes de ne rien emporter hors de la salle du petit déjeuner est maladroit (il arrive que l'on soit pressé et ai besoin d'emporter un peu de nourriture avec soi).
Les parties communes de l'hôtel où se poser sont assez réduites.

The location was perfect, right next to El Pilar and all the restaurants and shops. The breakfast had a good offering with all the Spanish delicacies and continental.
The parking lot underground was paid and it difficult for big cars and no one at the front reception warned us about it. The staff could have been warmer.
Un buen NH, con las características típicas del grupo NH, por lo que recomendable. Aparcamiento gratuito y fácil de encontrar sitio en los alrededores
Si no vas preparado, la ubicación es regular porque está a las afueras. Hay un autobús que puedes coger, aunque no suele aparecerte en Google maps y tienes que buscarlo, pero se coge a 1 minuto del hotel.

El gimnasio no tenia casi nada y la habitacion se queda muy pequeña.

Ruido a las 06:00 del personal de limpieza
Tenían el AC muy alto y no se podía regular. A la noche pasé frio en la habitación y no tenía mantas para taparme.

olor fuerte a tabaco la habitación. Creo que no se debería haber comercializado con esta olor
