Rude and unprofessional management
Pros:

It was good until we faced situation with manager who is very rude, disrespectful to customer.

Cons:

Charged for parking I never used. We clearly told the manager we would not park there, yet the charge was added after checkout with no warning.

The manager was rude, aggressive, and unprofessional, made us liars, refused to show any proof, and completely refused to communicate. This is not my first stay here, but after this treatment I will never return. Avoid this hotel.

Comfy, cozy, familiar and relaxing made my Hampton Inn stay my home away from home retreat on work travels.
Pros:

The location, excellent staff, and wonderful breakfast besides a comfortable quiet room made for an excellent stay.

Cons:

Only that my shower and tub faucet only has hot scalding water. Otherwise it was a great stay!
