I would tell it is a good motel with 3 stars.
Pros:

It is a good location , close to shopping area and restaurants. The staff is very nice and helpful! It is good for short stay.

Cons:

The property itself worn out! I would not give it three stars! Some stains on the ceiling and walls! The AC is old and loud model! The smell of cleaning products was very strong! They do not provide a free bottle of water, but you can buy it at their reception desk.

Rude and unprofessional management
Pros:

It was good until we faced situation with manager who is very rude, disrespectful to customer.

Cons:

Charged for parking I never used. We clearly told the manager we would not park there, yet the charge was added after checkout with no warning.

The manager was rude, aggressive, and unprofessional, made us liars, refused to show any proof, and completely refused to communicate. This is not my first stay here, but after this treatment I will never return. Avoid this hotel.
