The staff that was working when I checked in was friendly.

Cons:

If you have pets there is a pet fee that Booking.com does not mention or tell you about untill you are checking in. Booking.com says that they are pet friendly and when you check the box for a pet it does not tell the hotel that you have a pet. The only things it tells them is how many people and how many beds.

nothing. the whole experiernxe was bad

Cons:

the staff wasn't very helpful, we booked rooms and didn't get the rooms I booked and they couldn't help us, no breakfast was out to serve and we had to ask Multiple times for towels, one of my room actually was given a curtain for sheets

Good Beds
Pros:

Very comfortable beds and great pillows.
Clean rooms with lots of space in room. Good spacious parking and staff is very helpful.

Comfy but don't got for the pool get the jacuzzi room it was nice
Pros:

Breakfast was nice and beds were comfy more than other hotels

Cons:

We kinda wanted to use the pool and the water was very cold it wouldn't have been a good swim. Also my wife has cancer and she accidentally threw up outside the breakfast area in the main lobby when I called to tell them they expected me to clean it up with what? It was just a bit unexpected

Worth it for a nights stay
Pros:

Great location right off of highway. Woman that checked me in was wonderful. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Curtains to close. They weren’t mad to. Lights from the parking lot were annoying. Breakfast was meh at best.

One of the worst hotel stays in recent memory. There was no staff worling anywhere in the building. 
Pros:

There was no attendance available when we arrived. Nobody was working the front desk and when I called the number posted on the desk front, I got a response that the whale box was not set up yet. . The attendant came back after going out for a ice cream shake and returned 20 minutes after we arrived.

Cons:

The blanket covering the bed was dirty with spots on it.
