Hotel needs complete renovation, but is clean with great staff.
Pros:

The receptionist the next day had a great sense of humour! Excellent humour I would say. The room was generally clean.

Cons:

The overall hotel style is old, wooden single glazed windows, stairway old and torn, doors old. The toilet is in a separate room from the bathroom. The bathroom was renovated, but not the toilet and the bedroom. We needed to go to a separate building (walking through the garden), on the second floor, with no elevator, whilst we had to carry the child, the stroller and the suitcases. However, it must be said that the room was clean, the staff is putting a great effort to keep the quality as high as possible. But the whole hotel needs renovation, there is nothing that the staff can do about it.
