Although on booking we we're told that the room would be street facing, we were.placed.at the back of the property and on the 3rd floor WITH NO LIFT. This was never stated on booking.com
Access is through a garden that is sweet, however dirty, and run down. The room, although on appearance, is quite decent, needs a good clean.
