Очень хороший вариант отеля. В округе много магазинов. Общественный транспорт метро и автобус, все рядом. В номере чисто. Завтраки сытные и вкусные. Персонал доброжелательный. Очень выручили, есть возможность оставить чемодан на необходимое время.

The rooms are clean and staff very friendly. The location is great as well, especially when you are in paris as a tourist. The breakfast option is great.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, non loin de la gare Montparnasse, proche d'une station de métro, dans un quartier commerçant.
Le personnel est très accueillant. La chambre (côté cour) était silencieuse, propre (malgré quelques traces de vétusté). La literie était confortable. La chambre était équipée d'accessoires.
On peut se détendre dans un agréable petit jardin privé.
great location--Metro "Convention" is so close, at corner of the street.
Good breakfast, but Breakfast items were not refilled too quickly, so two days we got no scrambled eggs.
The location was very convenient, very close to the metro station and so many local shops right on your doorstep. The hotel was very well set out & maintained.

The location is great: the neighbourhood is really cozy with cafes and boulangeries. The metro station is 3 minutes away from the hotel and the Eiffel Tower is in about 30 minutes if you want to walk there.
The room was clean but a bit old
The breakfast was delicious, there were eggs, sausages, pain au chocolates, croissants, jams, juices, cheeses and charcuterie as well as pancakes and coffee.
There was a smell of an old building if it makes sense. We had to leave the windows open 24/7 to get rid of it. Overall I believe the rooms need a mild renovation
