La pulizia,la camera ampia e confortevole,i servizi di acqua potabile e fresca in ogni piano,la colazione variegata e abbondante, il parcheggio e la vicinanza sia a disneyland che a parigi!
Lo staff non parla italiano,in un 4 stelle in quella posizione strategica mi aspettavo questa chicca in più.
The location is fantastic- very easy to get to Disney which is just 15 mins away and whilst a longer journey on the train it’s still very easy to get to main attractions in Paris. Around the hotel there are plenty of places to eat or purchase basics. The breakfast was very nice with a good range on offer.
The rooms appear a bit old and tired but it’s fine if you’re planning on being more out and about than in.

Climatisation en panne en pleine canicule. Aucun geste commercial, ni action pour réparer au plus vite. Bref indigne d'un hôtel de ce niveau.
The room was spacious. The location was excellent. Beds were super comfy. Toilet was great. Quiet classy neighborhood. Nice boulangeries nearby. Online check-in. Clean rooms. Sound proof. Lots of charging outlets.
Thank u for the coffee but i needed refills with room service. No ramp to pull up luggage. No one helped us with the bags. No spoon to stir coffee with. Very poor ac. Fridge was not cold at all.

Location for Disney is perfect!!! There are plenty of eateries outside the hotel including little shops, restaurants and a bakery... the hotel is very cute and the room was quite spacious

L’hotel est bien situé dans un quartier calme et entouré des commerces. On a tout á moins de 100 m. Supérette, restaurants, cafés, pharmacies…
La climatisation dans la chambre fonctionne bien.
Le personnel á l’accueil pas accueillant, hors mis celle qui nous a accueilli le jour de notre arrivée. Le reste ne dit pas bonjour. Quand tu te présentes à l’accueil, ils discutent ensemble et ne te calculent pas. Il faut forcer la parole pour s’exprimer ou pour qu’il s’intéressent à toi.
Le confort est largement en deçà du 4 étoiles. Tout a vieilli et manque d’entretien. Le plafond dans le couloir de la chambre entrouvert, espace entre la lampe du plafond au couloir et le plafond. Le couvercle d’assise des toilettes qui penche d’un côté, le revêtement de la tête de lit abîmé, le tapis du sol dans la chambre pleins de tâches anciennes et pas propre du tout. On sent qu’ils aspirent mais ne le lave jamais. Joints de la baignoire de la salle de bain pas fait de façon professionnelle. Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas du tout. Sa température était plus élevé que celle de la chambre donc tous les aliments étaient gâtés et sentaient mauvais. Nous étions obligés de les jeter à la poubelle. Nous avons signalé le lendemain de notre arrivée, mais rien n’a été fait. Nous avons signalé de nouveau 2 jours après et c’est lá qu’ils nous ont changé de frigo. Même l’entrée de l’hôtel ne laisse pas penser qu’on est dans un 4 étoiles. 2 statues imposantes dont une derrière l’immeuble de l’hôtel (en face la cour) et l’autre collée sur le mur arrière de la chambre d’hôtel qui dégagent une atmosphère spirituelle « bizarre».
Le jour de notre départ, quand nous sommes allés à l’accueil remettre les badges des chambres, la dame de l’accueil était au téléphone et nous lui avons dit au revoir mais elle n’a pas répondu ni même fait un geste de la main. Nous avons payé le prix pour 4 étoiles et avons reçu le service et confort de 2 étoiles. Je n’y reviendrai plus jamais.
