A bit overpriced I believe and the breakfast was ok
Personal of the hotel was kind and helpful. The bathroom was quite spacious in comparison to the room size. Even if the breakfast was everyday the same it was delicious English breakfast with some additional fruit and yogurts. The location is very close to main attractions in London so I think the hotel is very good choice for tourists who come to the hotel to have a good sleep (the bed was really comfortable) and good breakfast before they go exploring for the whole day.
We would appreciate some tissues in the room. The shower had limescale at few places.
Overall, a lovely experience, and I will stay there again.

This is the 2nd time Ive stayed at the Byron Hotel. The location is great and is within walking distance of both Queensway and Bayswater tube stations. The staff are very attentive, friendly and helpful.
The room is clean and comfortable and has tea/coffee kettle etc in each room.
Lovely breakfast either full English or continental.
Very affordable and spotlessly clean.
24 hour reception and vending for snacks.
Highly recommend. Plenty of shops within walking distance too
The hotel is at a great location near the metro stations (Queensway and Bayswater) and the beautiful Kensington gardens, there are local shops and restaurants nearby. The single room was a decent size, not big but big enough if you spend your day in the city anyway. It had a small desk like table with a mirror for doing your make up. The bed was nice and firm. The heating system worked very well and the room temperature was easily adjustable. The bathroom had a good shower in size and nice hot water though the water pressure was a bit low on the second floor. My brother had a basement room and his water pressure was beter. The only thing in the bathroom was that you had to put the lid down on the toilet to flush, but that was no problem for me. My room was at the back of the hotel and I didn’t hear any noise from te streets. The street was not really that busy anyway. The room was very clean and smelled great. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful and the reception is open 24 hours a day that would make me feel very safe in coming back at a later time at night. The selection for breakfast is small but enough to get you started for the day. The only negative points I have was that unfortunately the elevator was broken the weekend I stayed here and the doors between the stairway and the rooms are kinda heavy and make a bit of a noise when they close shut, also the floor is wood with carpet and tends to creak a little when walking on it. The room has a small closet and a full length mirror but the mirror was kinda cramped in. I would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family though I don’t have any knowledge on the size of the double rooms
La habitación estaba totalmente renovada. La cama y las almohadas muy cómodas. Aunque éramos dos nos dieron una habitación triple y teníamos más espacio. La situación es perfecta. Dos estaciones de metro muy cerca de dos líneas distintas. En situación un 9. En comodidad habitación perfecto. Pero en comodidad del Hotel, sin ascensor, muy mal.
Escogimos este Hotel porque ponía claramente que tenía ascensor. Conocemos estos Hoteles y sus incomodísimas y peligrosas escaleras. Llegamos al Hotel y nos dicen que la habitación está en la 5ª planta. Ok. Vamos al ascensor y nos dicen que no funciona. Ponemos cara de no me lo puedo creer! y se ríen. Les debió de parecer gracioso que tuviéramos que subir y bajar del 5º piso, dos personas de cierta edad. Al bajar preguntamos que cuándo va a estar arreglado y dicen que eso lo sabrá el Manager. Por la noche preguntamos de nuevo y nos dicen que al día siguiente nos pueden cambiar de habitación. Cuando bajamos al día siguiente nos dicen que se siente, que tendríamos que haber bajado a las 8 para poder cambiar. Obviamente nadie nos había dado esa indicación. Nos quejamos y decimos que es inadmisible que no se avise a los clientes de que no hay ascensor y que paguemos el mismo precio teniendo que subir 5 pisos por no disponer de un servicio importante y que se ofrece. Tengo fotos que indican que ese ascensor va a estar mucho tiempo sin funcionar. Nos dice la persona de recepción que lo de avisar a los clientes es cosa del Manager, que no es cosa suya. Esa noche, bien tarde, nos dicen que a la mañana siguiente, si bajamos a las 8 am con todo el equipaje nos cambian. Les decimos que para 2 noches y teniendo que bajar a esa hora con todo acabado, ya no nos merece la pena. Por último, el último día no había gel en la ducha. No lo rellenaron.

- The room was very clean and the mattress was comfortable.
- Air dryer works properly and there was a nice view from the room.
- Heating system works well (although a bit noisy)
- The room was barely big enough to open two luggage at the same time.
- Toilette too was very very small so it's been quite challenging to get ready simultaneously with my partner.
- The heating system was weirdly turning on and off with fairly loud noise (I woke up a couple times because of it).
- 4th floor without elevator can be a bit uncomfortable (ask for a lower floor if you have problem with stairs)
- I would recommend offering alternatives to american coffee for breakfast. For 10pounds, not being able to get an espresso is a bit poor in my opinion. Food was ok-ish.
Sijainti erinomainen. Siistiä ja ystävällistä palvelua. Aamiainen ihan ok. Ilmastointi toimi huoneessa hyvin ja huone oli muutenkin toimiva. Hissi on remontin alla ja hlökunta kantoi matkatavaramme kolmanteen kerrokseen tullessamme ja pois lähtiessämme laukut myös noudettiin alas, erinomaista palvelua!

Dalla camera molto spoglia,mancava anche il non c'era un appendiabiti..con vestiti bagnati( a Londra è normale)non si sapeva come appendere se non nell' armadio 🫣poi ascensore rotta ,scalini epoca vittoriana ( comunicate alle persone tutta moquette)....inoltre non c'era una persona alla reception che ti consigliasse come muoversi .quando abbiamo visto che tipo di stanza ci avevano dato abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera e ci hanno offerto una camera che non mi piaceva. Se non avessimo pagato in anticipo me ne sarei andata....penso che la responsabilità sia di booking che non verifica lo stato dell' albergo
L'amabilitat del personal, el bany reformat, prou espaiós i la ubicació.
La moqueta del terra de l'habitació, la llum que entra tota la nit des del passadís per sota la porta i la funda del meu nòrdic del llit, que tenia taques i marques demostrant que no era net ni s'havia canviat dels hostes anteriors.
Posizione perfetta con 2 stazioni metro a 5 minuti a piedi!
