Exceeded My Expectations
Pros:

Check in was a breeze, everything was able to be found easily. The room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was great with good water pressure. I really enjoyed the easy shut doors on all the rooms, thanks to that, the rooms were very quiet. I slept well in the comfortable bed and check out was a breeze also.

Cons:

The only thing that wasn't great was the small-ish elevator, but I really didn't mind that. Other than that, our stay was really enjoyable.

Pros:

There are not enough words to express my gratitude to the people at The Courtyard by Marriott. We were staying because we had a family health emergency and were back and forth to the hospital. The staff at Courtyard made things much easier. It was an extraordinary experience and the staff were always friendly and supportive. I can’t thank them enough for all the did for us.

Cons:

We love a tub as well as a shower but not a big deal.
We were on the 3rd floor and ice machines on 1st, 2nd, and 4th. Again not a terribly big deal.

Pros:

The k lay issue was we were given a queen suite when we reserved a king. Also in the phone I was told a $50 pet fee and was charged $100. That’s a little much for a one night stay
