Service above and beyond!
Pros:

Some of my co-workers were to come in for a trade show, but weather prevented it. We had a marketing item shipped in advance, and Tracy F. helped us retrieve it, and get it shipped back to us by UPS. Terrific service, thank you!

I always stay here when visiting UAB. My daughter is now a freshman so I will frequent this hotel.
Pros:

It is super convenient to the UAB campus. My daughter is an athlete and loved seeing the updated UAB pics on the wall.

We would stay again just on different floor and room not too close to street.
Pros:

Didn’t have breakfast. Clean shower. Loved shower sprayer. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Not heard the alarm that went on for a long time during the night or the ambulances and sirens that went on most of night. The lady at desk knew nothing about the alarm and the reason for it when I checked out. Paying for parking after paying for room. The space between bed and night stand had lent and tissue pieces on floor. Couldn’t get ac to work but called desk and they sent service man right away. Got it going.
