Excellent experience! Friendly and helpful staff!
Pros:

We booked this hotel for a medical treatment visit to UAB and was not disappointed. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Tracy who helped me extend my stay on two occasions due to changes in our departure plans. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone receiving care at UAB Hospital or the Kirklin Clinic. They offer shuttles to/from the airport, to/from the medical facilities and other businesses close by.

For the price I was very disappointed.

Carpet was dirty and the bathroom was “old”. We were not given vouchers at check-in and were unaware until we went to breakfast . The breakfast area was very dirty. It was not stocked .The floors looked like they had not been cleaned the night before. Our bartender we had on Saturday night did not know how to make drinks and he told us that too.

Great visit, Great service
Pros:

Great experience. Friendly staff, Taylor did a wonderful job helping us check in and making sure we had everything we needed (we came for our son’s wedding, so we had a lot of baggage, etc.). Our view overlooking the city was wonderful! Thanks Hilton and thanks Taylor!

2nd time in Birmingham
Pros:

Very nice room with comfortable bed. Good shower, but it takes a while to warm up. Shuttle service is offered for close by restaurants. On-site bar and grill with wonderful staff. Front desk staff isn't very present or helpful.

Pleasing Girls Trip
Pros:

We had a great girls trip and topped it off with a wonderful breakfast at the Blazer Grill. Amethyst was a wonderful server and eager to please to provide our needs. The food was delicious with a great atmosphere.

Comfortable and close to UAB
Pros:

The rooms were noce nice and comfortable. Not quite as clean as I’d like, but clean enough.

I will say that the staff (especially Shaud, our shuttle driver) was great!

Pros:

My experience with the Blazers Grill in the Hilton in Birmingham at UAB start 4-12-26 was great service had great service talk to Erika, Justice need anything they was there until Wednesday 4-15-26 morning for breakfast the regular cook(Elijah) wasn't in for the next 2 days it was the lady cook(Meka) Cook Sup I order pancake, scrambled eggs with cheese cooked in it not scrambled egg w/cheese melted on top of it. Got grits(lumpy and look like cream of something)and bacon. Wasn't what I expected from the days before. Had waitress Justice who help us and she was doing her best which was all the work by herself it was another waitress(Jackie) but she wasn't doing much. Came back Friday 4-17-26 and Erika, Justice and Elijah(guy cook) was there and the food was good. Tyrah(Breakfast Supervisor) came to apologize for the other day 4-15-26 for the food. I do give the lady's Erika, Justice and Elijah(guy cook)a 10+++ for all the help (service)when we do come in the restaurant. The rating is only for 4-15-26!!

Definitely coming back!
