My family had a great time at hard rock Los Cabos! Manuel, Sam, and Jorge took great care of us by the legendary pool and they made our trip amazing!

Second time in Hard Rock Los Cabos we were there for 7 nights everything was exceptional we loved everything from the service to the food,, Rodrigo was our concierge the whole time and he was amazing he made our time smooth and easy and of course everyone was so nice and friendly,, I hope we can come back soon 😊

I recently stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos and overall had a really positive experience.

The resort itself is beautiful. The decor, paintings, and artwork throughout the property were impressive, with so many legendary touches that really added to the atmosphere. There were plenty of things to do, the rooms were absolutely beautiful, and the pools were amazing. I especially enjoyed the adult pool area the most.

The food exceeded expectations. Every restaurant we visited was excellent. We dined at Zen, and although I can’t remember our server’s name, he created a beautiful birthday presentation for me that was such a special touch. The service overall was exceptional. A special thank you to Armando, our concierge, whose attention to detail each day was on point, and to Beto as well for great service.

The only downside during our stay was the noise. There was an event taking place right outside our room almost every night, which made it difficult to enjoy the balcony in the evenings due to how loud it was.

I also wish there had been more Latin-inspired music throughout the resort, especially considering we were in Mexico. We only experienced that one night, which was a bit disappointing.

Despite those few issues, our overall experience was very positive, and we would definitely stay at a Hard Rock hotel again.

Chetan and Edson, our butlers made our whole experience memorable. They went beyond all our expectations and was helpful in so many ways. Will definitely request them when we return.

I visited this hard rock location in Cabo San Lucas with my family this June 2026. I was there for five nights four days although you cannot access the beach because the waters are too rough. I think by far this is one of my favorite hard rocks-others I’ve been to is hard rock Riviera, Maya, and hard rock Cancun. We had great customer service first of all from Manny very helpful and accommodating all of our families requests and needs. I also got great customer service from the boys at the pool. Some of the names that I can remember is Renteria, Israel Gabriel, Rafael definitely would want to come back here.

We spent two weeks had a wonderful time thoroughly enjoyed it. I recommend it highly. 😊

I don’t normally write reviews, but this stay warranted one. We recently stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel in Cabo and left disappointed — not over one bad moment, but a consistent gap between what we paid and what we got.

Credit where it’s due: the agent who checked us in was friendly and helpful, and two staff members stood out: a dinner waiter and a server at the cafe, who were genuinely excellent. They were the highlight of the trip.

The pool bars were a different story. Waits of 20 to 30 minutes for a single drink were normal. Bartenders routinely ignored guests who were clearly waiting and seemed put out when they did serve you. I ended up tipping $20 at a time to get faster service, which helped a little, but at these prices, you shouldn’t have to tip aggressively just to get served.

The room had its own issues: persistent construction noise loud enough that it felt like sharing the room with a lawn mower, and a shower that took forever to heat up. Minor on their own, but they added up.

The resort credit was the bigger problem. We had a $1,000 credit and were never told it existed or how to use it, so we paid out of pocket for things it should have covered. When I escalated to a front desk agent, she said it wasn’t her department, admitted she didn’t understand how the credits worked herself, talked over us, gave confusing information, and sent us elsewhere to sort it out. After that, we didn’t see the point in raising the construction noise…it was clear issues weren’t going to be handled.

The property has good bones and some excellent people. But there’s a genuine disconnect between the price and the quality of the service and experience, and for what this costs, that gap is hard to justify. We wouldn’t return.

We went to Hard Rock Los Cabos from 6/9-6/16/26 with our entire family—which included parents, children, son in law and grandson. We expected a great time and great service but we had NO IDEA the level of service, hospitality, food quality, friendliness, room quality that we would receive! It was beyond anything we could have ever dreamed! To start, at our owners review, because of an error in the way I booked, Juan upgraded us to a Presidential suite with a swim up pool, which completely blew our minds! We simply do not vacation at that kind of level normally. Then we met our butlers, Chetan and Edson. These gentlemen are absolutely UNBELIEVABLE! I truly don’t know when they sleep! They arranged anything we wanted or needed, from our sailboat excursion, to our private cabana with lunch, to a private dinner in our suite (shout out to our server Paulo), to any alcohol we wanted in the suite, to all dinner reservations—just EVERYTHING. We literally did not have to do anything but enjoy the beauty and wonder of the most fantastic vacation we’ve ever had. I have to say I do not know how this can be topped!

My daughter and I had an amazing vacation. The resort was beautiful, the food was great, and we had a wonderful time from start to finish.

He was always attentive, checked in on us regularly, set up all of our reservations and appointments, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our trip. His professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail truly made a difference in our experience.

The great service we got from our personal assistant, he was respectful and courteous, he always checked up on us to see how our dinner was. We were happy about our room service. Very clean. It was great we had private car pick us up. I got a massage for free and a facial 76% off it was great. Yes the restaurants were great.

Manny was our butler for our stay, and he was amazing! Not only was he very attentive and respectful throughout our stay, but he became like another family member to us as well! He’s a true asset to Hard Rock and Legendary! We love Manny and would love to have him for every vacation!

Family of 6 for summer vacation. We’ve visited hard rock Cabo in the past so we were expecting the same great resort. Unfortunately expectations were not met. The resort lacked in the “rock n roll, fun department” pool activities were ok. Pool servers seem to get very busy at times but still tried to get to everyone. The food was definitely disappointing. Hibachi was good but all the other al carts restaurants weren’t the best. They were doing a lot of remodeling! Our room specifically wreaked of paint. For the amount of money this place charges you’d think they’d be more welcoming, but it wasn’t that way at all. Sad to say but we won’t be back.
The resort has no control over the weather but it was VERY WINDY! So nightly entertainment that was outside was a no for us. It was cold and way too windy to be outside. The pool water was also freezing.

Property and service were excellent. Leticia Martin and Oscar helped out tremendously during our stay and were response and a pleasure to interact with throughout the week. I will request then again on the next visit. nosotros!

We had a large group - family and friends - that went on a trip to Hard Rock Los Cabos. It was a great trip. The service was exceptional. In particular, Mar, who was a Rock Royalty concierge, was terrific. She helped with reservations, lining up transportation, and a million other little details that made the trip absolutely wonderful.
Hard Rock is not the usual type of place we stay but it was perfect for this trip. Everything was perfect.

The hotel was very nice and de butlers Lety and her colleague were very attentive and dedícated to providing excellent service!

Great location beach was nice and a little windy and the pool could be a tad cold
