Website is confusing. My husband booked 2 rooms. When we got there he had actually booked 4 rooms and it was 2 sets of 2 rooms that connected. They were kind enough to let us cancel 1 set.
Our bags were forgotten. After a half hour of waiting my husband went down and they gave him a token for a drink and apologized and promptly brought them up.
FYI all pools are only 3 or 3.5 ft deep. They have cabana’s with fans for rent (we would have had we stayed longer)z provide tubes and such for the pool, very much appreciated. The smoothies for my sons at the pool bar they said tasted exactly as if they took the fruit and purred it and added ice and blended - loved them. Adult bar drinks are great too.
Phenomenal food options! Sushi and burgers are amazing! If Beefy is working he is an excellent bartender!
Clean and comfortable. Wish we had had more time to enjoy the spa. The gelato in the cafe next door to the spa is fantastic! Beautiful grounds! Love the sweeping “titanic” stairs in the middle.
We would like to come back!
I like the pool view and the breakfasts at cava
There wasn’t enough entertainment . The parking garage was way in the back and I had to walk with all my bags 1/2 a mile
The food
I and two of my disabled friends stayed in room 7015 from May 26th thru 28th. I called ahead of our arrival to request a room near an elevator. I was told they would do their best to accomodate my request. When we checked in, I made the same request. Then we walked an unreasonable distance to the room, only to find there was obviously someone else assigned to that room, as all their clothing and personal effects were there. The bellhop informed us there was an elevator that was out of order for a whole week!
We then trekked back down to the lobby, to again request a room near the elevator. We were a bit closer, so at least someone tried, which I appreciated.
They also posted 3 charges on the same day for parking. We checked in, and self parked, yet I now owe them $85.00. Trying to reach ANYONE to get these things fixed, I have been ignored.
I had a wonderful stay and was genuinely impressed by the overall experience. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with fresh new sheets and towels that made it feel extra luxurious. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. I also loved that refreshments were always available throughout the day. What truly made the stay special was the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff — they went above and beyond to make my stay amazing. I would happily return and highly recommend this resort to anyone!

Awesome
We stayed at this Renaissance for four nights in May. The pool view room was in a great location with an oversized balcony. The room and bath amenities were superb. The only downside to the room location was the echoing noises from the guests in the common area of the Terrace level, one night until 4am, but most nights until at least midnight. We would stay again but request a different room location.
Super chill spot! Check-in was a breeze, staff was friendly, and the views are awesome. They offer breakfast, and you can even order the night before, which is pretty convenient. I had a breakfast burrito and it was good, would’ve preferred fries or tots instead of chips, but still tasty. The place has a golf course, a cute pool, and tons of restaurants and amenities, so you really don’t have to leave if you don’t want to. Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery.
Our fam of 4 (2 adults, 2yr old, 7 yr old) stayed for 5 nights from Canada. We chose this hotel to check out Indian wells area and the pool looked nest w the sand. The hotel has some modern updates and some not so modern updates (which I think is done purposely to go w the PS vibe). Clean and not too big.
The service everywhere was awesome, the man working at cafe gave my son a free donut one day and all the staff was just very friendly. Food was not too bad, the Caesar salad could use a bit of work at the place, they did take it off my bill which was very nice. Other than that food was ok at all places. Expensive but we are Canadian so every dinner we had in or out of hotel was well onto the $200s for us unfortunately. We liked the location of the hotel, lots of restaurants, easy parking. The pool was awesome with the gradual slope into the pool and my kids loved the sand. I hate elevators and woukd much rather take stairs but all the stairs led outside which sucked but I feel like for most ppl the elevator option is a plus :p
If you stay on the golf course/ parking lot side of hotel it’s a far walk to pool (which o didn’t mind, I got my steps in). Bathrooms in hotel are not super convenient and I only found one that had a change table.
Restaurants shoujd offer kids 10 and under free as they barely eat but I know most places don’t do that, it just would be nice!
Our room was surprisingly very spacious and nice! We weren’t expecting it. Bathroom was big. Lotsa space for all of our stuff. I’d recommend hotel to fam and friends who don’t mind heading into Indian wells (about 30 min from airport). We actually preferred staying in this side over dt Palm Springs. All in all was a great trip and weather was 41 degrees which made it even better!
We stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed ourselves. Honestly the best part of the resort isn't the amenities, it's the people. Matt at the pool bar was probably the happiest guy I've ever met. Always had a smile on his face. Oscar at Cava was also the greatest. So friendly and happy. They and others provided amazing service.
We had a golf/mountain view room that was spacious. The only downside with the balcony was no chair. We had to take 2 from inside to use so we could enjoy our balcony.
The food around the hotel was some of the best I've had at a hotel. Great portion sizes and so yummy. We ended up with sushi 2 nights out of 4 because it was that good.
The pool is nice but can get crowded on the weekends. It would be nice if parents could watch their kids a little better. We saw a kid continually jumping in the pool and splashing an older lady who was trying to enjoy her lounger. She asked the kid to stop but he continued and the lady ended up moving.
We had a cabana for one day and it made for a fun relaxing day.
