Poor service
Pros:

Don’t leave your card behind the bar, they juts charged me for random drinks.
I asked 4 times to settle the bill, eventually they gave me a slip to sign, today looking at the card they charged it a different amount!

Great spot for a family vacation
Pros:

Nice place. Very clean. Well maintained. Friendly service. Check-in took a while but the team was very thorough and helping other customers.

Good sound insulation in our room. Didn't hear other guests. We had a fantastic view of the pool and the mountains. Gorgeous.

Slept fantastic. Good climate control in the room. Was cool and comfortable the entire stay. Loved the linens and pillows. Prompt room service. Great turkey club sandwich.

Did the breakfast buffet. Would steer clear of that next time and order a la carte. Not sure if they're using powdered eggs on buffet but they weren't great. Pancakes/Waffles on buffet were also not good. Should have ordered a la carte or done the omelette station (which was actually apart of the buffet but i was impatient).

This is very much a family friendly hotel. As a single traveler, I don't think I would come here again. Pool area was filled with kids. But if you're a family looking for a vacation, I think this hotel is a great choice.

Excellent stdy
Pros:

Room was large and nice bathroom. Pool area was well maintained and service was good at the pool. Food and drinks throughout the hotel were all excellent

Cons:

Psy less for perking since you are far out from Palm Springs. Cat needed

Pros:

Topnotch service and comfort from check in to check out with all amenities on the property being amazing as well! The shutter service to the Tennis Tournament was well run with friendly on time service

Cons:

It is not inexpensive to stay and play!

Stay Here!
Pros:

We travel a great deal and stay exclusively at Marriott properties, the RE is in our Top Five places to stay. From the moment you drive into the property you get vacation vibes, it’s simply beautiful with the flowers & mature palm trees. The staff here is excellent from the bell staff, the desk, “The Place” bar, house keeping and most importantly at the pool & pool bar. It’s just a fun place and a great experience.

We enjoyed our stay, and it was beautiful, but very expensive. Thank you
Pros:

Beautiful surroundings, pool, bar, and lobby.

Cons:

The expense of basic items, like coffee, wine (in store), and water. We did not like that the bedding for the sofa bed, had only 1 thin blanket; it deserves a comforter since we are paying for 4 people in a suite room.
