The summation of my stay would be a pleasant experience for it being more family oriented then I expected.
Pros:

The lobby is so open and welcoming the stairs were cute and the overall vibe was great. The areas were clean.

Cons:

Not much to say about the property itself. The property was fine.

Nice for a short stay
Pros:

Staff was great.
Guest room was nice w/nice view of the golf resort
Restaurant was nice

Pool was not clean; Very strong chlorine odor
Carpets in hallways are not very clean

Relaxing and fun despite a few issues
Pros:

Beautiful property, lots of amenities on site. The pool was awesome and the staff was great.

Cons:

The air conditioning unit in room was leaking and soaked the carpet. Maintenance came and emptied condensation. The carpet remained wet for the entire trip. Also, the room was located facing the atrium of the hotel and it was very very noisy. Next time I would request a room that’s further inside the halls and not open to the entire hotels, restaurants, etc..

The room is far from the elevator and there is only one in the building. I have a long walk to reach the elevator.

Beautiful grounds and room. Service could have been more efficient.
Pros:

It is very beautiful, the room was nice and the housekeeping staff and wait staff at Cava were terrific.

Cons:

They seemed a bit understaffed. Had to wait quite awhile at the front desk. Had to call room service a few times to get them to remove our tray. The valet area was kind of a jumble. They brought your car and then you were blocked in by other cars and couldn’t get out.
