Pros:

Je tiens à remercier particulièrement Lony Juan pour son attention, DanDan et Cheng Jiny pour leur cadeau et mr Arnac également.
Le petit déjeuner était excellent impossible de faire mieux, la gentillesse du personnel exceptionnelle, et le room service d'une rapidité dans conteste.
Vue sur la bay marina magnifique.

Perfect and even though it was a one night stay we would love to stay longer!

Your mattress was the best that i have ever slept on. Can you tell me what brand? or is it top secret.

THE BEST VACATION EVER AT THE MOST BEAUTIFUL RITZ CARLTON.
Pros:

OMG, where do I start? The staff went beyond expectations. I was going to start singling out some staff members, but I couldn't even do that because they were all just so nice and professional. The spa was very relaxing, the gym, and the pool area were clean and beautiful. The members' lounge was just on a different level, the food, the staff, the service was on point. Nice limo service around town. The staff are well trained and represent the hotel brand with professionalism, Afterall it's ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen.

Cons:

Wi-Fi on the hotel property could have been stronger; it kept going in and out when outside the reception area.
