Good hotel, but not luxury felt.
Pros:

Good pool and breakfast buffet. Views, if it weren't for the construction in front. Location.

Cons:

No luxury treatment. Very transactional. Had to wait for room even arriving after 3pm. Kicked out the seventh day at noon sharp deactivating our access cards, even after asking for late check out(!). Construction in front not advised. +1500 USD bill for kids basic laundry. 2 broken elevators, long waiting times to use them. Crowded. Not good room smell

Pros:

Se esistesse un Olimpo degli alberghi, il Ritz-Carlton sarebbe sicuramente in cima. Descrivere la gentilezza, la disponibilità e la cortesia del personale che si è, letteralmente, fatto in quattro per rendere indimenticabile il nostro soggiorno, è cosa ardua. Vorremmo ringraziarli uno per uno ma valgano alcuni nomi a rappresentare tutto lo staff. Il sorriso di Miss Glenn e la delicata, e affettuosa, ironia di Mister Jacob hanno reso deliziose le nostre serate, già allegre, con il Singapore Sling e con la clamorosa sorpresa di arancini degni della migliore tradizione siciliana.

ואוווווו. היינו בהרבה מאוד בתי מלון אבל המלון הזה ברמה שלא הכרנו. חדר מרווח ומאובזר. ניקיון כמה פעמים ביום. צוות המלון עוזר בכל שאלה וארוחת הבוקר מדהימה .העיצוב של המלון משאיר אותך ללא מילים.

הכל היה מדהים.
