Der Service des Ritz-Carlton lässt keine. Wünsche offen, das Frühstück mit 7 Live Küchen ist einzigartig, SPA, Poolarea und Gym lassen einen vergessen, dass man in einem Stadthotel ist.

Wenn man das Haar in der Suppe suchen will, dann die etwas altmodisch anmutende Einrichtung der Zimmer, die aber technisch dennoch auf gutem Niveau sind.

The Staff, The view, the service. Exceeded all expectation.

So great, one of the best hotels in Singapore. Some of The most knowledgeable and helpful staff I have seen in a luxury hotel. Tong Shao Ming is fantastic! He walked me from the club lounge all the way down and through the mall to assist me in finding a suit shop. Incredible service! The staff also was helpful when I had a departure change. Also June from Korea, the bartender in the cocktail lounge was an incredible host, Can’t say enough about this property!

The Staff make a large hotel feel like a home away from home.
Pros:

Our room was very comfortable, but the Staff were exceptional. We particularly want to mention Brandon who welcomed two weary travellers at Recrption and met us again and farwelldd us when we left. The Conciege Hakim went to a lot of trouble to ensure we made the most of our Singapore stopover.
