Posizione dell'hotel e vista

Cons:

Mancanza di spazi interni. Sensazione di non essere accolto. Poca riservatezza negli spazi. Non ti fornisce senso di esclusivita nonostante il marchio dell'hotel. Praticamente entri nella hall e sul lato sinistro trovi un piccolo bar ove è difficile sedersi comodi e un'ampia sala ma solo per colazione, pranzo e cena. Sul lato destro un bar più grande ma spesso pieno di convegnisti. Gli arredi della camera dignitosi ma un poco datati. Colazione nella norma. Insomma: non ti senti a casa ma in un luogo dove vai solo per dormire. Da ultimo il costo della camera: quasi 1.000 euro per notte per una suite con vista su Marina Bay.

At first, I wasn’t so impressed with one front desk…but staying for a few days, love the waitstaff at breakfast Lobby and our housekeeping. Everyone was very kind to our family

Cons:

I love the mid-century style of the room. The hotel is very well-maintained. However, I hope they will make sure they fix a few things here and there that we found during our stays.

スタッフの方全員とても親切でした。クラブルームのスタッフは名前で呼んでくださいました。何も言わなくて私の気持ちを察して下さってシャンパンのお代わりや、賑やかな方から離れた場所への移動を言ってくださったりとても配慮していただけました。

Die zentrale Lage, die Sauberkeit, das freundliche Personal, das“ Hotel im Hotel“ ,keine langen Wartezeiten, der wunderschöne Spa Bereich. Wir fühlten uns sehr verwöhnt in der Club Lounge.

Dia Lage des Hotels und das Zimmer, die Sauberkeit

Cons:

Wir hatten 6 Tage gebucht langfristig vorher, und bekamen nur ein Zimmer im 10.Stock ( bei 32 Stockwerken). Vor dem Hotel befindet Sich eine Großbaustelle die den Blick auf die Sands Bay deutlich verschlechterte. Zusätzlich war der Besuch der Bar im 32 Stock nicht im Preis inbegriffen, der sollte allen Hotelgästen freistehen
