We will stay here again in our next visit! The staff here are kind and go the extra mile, they accompany you to elevator
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel minutes from Hakata station with direct access to the underground walkway from hotel elevator. Metro, airport and Shinkansen at your doorstep. 7 Eleven, Lawson and Family Mart all right there. Hakata Old Town and Canal City within walking distance. Room service and services overall are outstanding.

Perfect stay with convenience.
Pros:

The location is perfect for family and group of friends because they are near to main train station and shopping area to hang around and find the restaurant.

Cons:

Nothing. I've booked the chain hotel because there is complete facilities for family and friends. And absolutely there is big room for 2 persons with big luggages.

Great hotel and close to Hakata train station
Pros:

Staff were professional and also accommodating as I had a late check in due to golden week. The room and facilities were fantastic, staff are nice and helpful.

Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful and the location is prefect.

Cons:

The bed isn't very comfortable and the pillows are extremely thin. My back felt worse in the morning. There was an unpleasant smell of grease or oil in the elevators throughout the whole stay.
