Schönes Hotel in bester Lage
Pros:

Sehr freundliches, erfahrenes und höfliches Personal. Sehr gute Auswahl beim Frühstück und alles von hervorragender Qualität. Lage ist ideal, direkt am Bahnhof.

Good practical hotel near Hakata station
Pros:

Great location close to Hakata train station. Room was clean and there was a free ice machine. Staff are very professional and efficient. We don’t use the facilities in the hotel as only stayed one night but there’s a gym, onsen and restaurants. Ground level cafe area was busy with people taking afternoon tea. Lots of eating places around the hotel that are within walking distance.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike but it felt a bit dated and old. Wall sockets were yellowish which is a sign of age and shower curtains in the bathroom.

近火車站及地下鐵站，非常方便。有地下隊道接駁酒店入口，下雨天都不擔心。早餐非常豐富，尤其是酥皮果撻十分新鮮鬆脆。

Not as good as our last stay
Pros:

This is the second time I stayed in this property as I was happy with this hotel. Older style hotel with large lobby, good size room, good amenities, close to station and friendly staff.

Cons:

We booked 2 rooms (different room type as group of 2 & 3 in a room) and stayed 4 nights. The water flow at the basin tap at Room 628 was horrendous, so slow with just a line (worst that I have ever experienced in a hotel room) and we needed to use the tap at the bath tub inside the washroom to wash our face. The water flow in the other room was normal and no complaints.
