Not as good as our last stay
Pros:

This is the second time I stayed in this property as I was happy with this hotel. Older style hotel with large lobby, good size room, good amenities, close to station and friendly staff.

Cons:

We booked 2 rooms (different room type as group of 2 & 3 in a room) and stayed 4 nights. The water flow at the basin tap at Room 628 was horrendous, so slow with just a line (worst that I have ever experienced in a hotel room) and we needed to use the tap at the bath tub inside the washroom to wash our face. The water flow in the other room was normal and no complaints.

鄰近車站（jr、地鐵、巴士）是很方便的住宿地點，床舒適隔音好。
Pros:

人員親切、飯店整潔舒適，房間內隔音好空間大，有讓人放鬆的感覺。

Cons:

健身房在維修無法使用，也沒有大浴場（天然溫泉或人工溫泉）可以使用。房間內燈光稍微不足。

Pros:

호텔 조식은 뷔폐식으로 이용했었는데 아주 맛있었습니다. 다음번에는 일식도 이용해 보고 싶네요.
하카타역에서 도보 5분이내 위치해 있어 매우 편리하고 좋았고, 직원분들도 매우 친절하고 좋았습니다.

快適の一言です！
Pros:

駅直結でアクセスがよく、綺麗で快適でした。
チェックインのときは早く着いてしまったのですが、すぐにチェックインさせてくださり部屋まで案内もしていただいて初めてでも安心して利用できました。朝廊下ですれ違った清掃の方も明るく挨拶してくださって、とても雰囲気が良かったです。

Cons:

自動販売機がフロアに見当たらなかったので、あったら良いなと思いました。
