Best Western Carlisle South

Everything was great.

schmutzige Handtücher, und die Sauberkeit läßt zu wünschen übrig, ungenutzten badezimmer empfangspersonal, was freundlichen, aber die Dame am Frühstück faul und unfreundlich, halb 9 gibt's nur noch Reste zum Frühstück auch auf bachfrage wird nix aufgefüllt da ja um 9 Uhr Frühstückszeit beendet wird. Trotz noch anwesenden Gäste wird Punkt 9 Kaffeemaschine und Saft abgeschaltet, und die restlichen Sachen schnell weggeräumt. Das sich ja keiner mehr was hohlen kann.

The pool was unusable. The pool was drained and the left over water was black. There was no knowledge of the pool situation. The parking lot has grass growing in it. A lot of the ac units were missing the covers and/or damaged. The front desk employee did not greet us and took a personal phone call before acknowledging we were there.

As we walked in to room smelled of smoke. Could see dust and things were not whipped down. Went to check the bed and found stain on bed cover .. very noticeable stain. The the tub had build up on it. I could sracp it off with my nail. The toilet had a ring in it, not from hard water. Could close the curtains, they where broken. We end up leaving because font a review a month ago about bed bugs.

Room had no curtains too block light from pool trouble getting too sleep

The list is long. The sheets had stains. The tub had mold around it. The glazing was coming off the tub and the tub looked dirty and stained. Paint was chipping off the walls. When I went to the front desk to ask to be moved to a different room the person at the desk said there were no more rooms. When I questioned that because there were no cars in the lot. When I asked for the manager I was told he was not available. Basically he told me I would have to just accept the room. Once I got nasty he did get the manager on the phone and I was given another room. End result the new room had a nicer tub, but still with mold and the fan was hanging out of the ceiling. Bottom line DO NOT STAY HERE.

Mold around tub edge, mold on shower ceiling, peeling paint on ceiling, stains on lamp shades, yellow stains on sheets, house keeping didnt make the bed few days in a row. House keeping shut air condition off. Came back from being out all day in summer heat to hot room. Hotel owners or staff have corn growing in the landscaping parking lot. Pool on website & Google pictures but staff said pool was found to have a Crack along time ago & owners didnt fix, im sorry I just work here. Corporate needs to stop selling hotels or having people manage them from 3rd world countries. Their living arrangements dont equate to the american lifestyle. I didnt pay a higher rate with a corporate name like Best Western then other places to deal with this. Especially a need to go purchase bleach spray to clean the rooms shower walls, tub edge & dirty tub floor myself.

Showers sucked. Low water pressure

The towels were very hard and scratchy. The pool was inoperable.

The cleanliness.

Limited breakfast

Facility is in poor shape, particularly the bathrooms.

I had a mixed experience during my stay.
When I arrived, I noticed that the room had not been properly cleaned, and the shower and 🚽 were not in the condition I expected before checking in. I reported the issue and requested that it be cleaned the following day, and the cleaning was done afterward.

I hope the hotel improves its inspection process before guests arrive.
