I didn't like that when I went to the counter to ask for more towels I got told you already got towels for today.

Woke up with bug bites on my face and arms

Even though the beds in the room appeared clean and made up, the bathroom tub, sink, walls and floors were filthy. The carpet badly needed to be vacuumed and cleaned. There was a large piece of chicken left on the floor behind the T.V. stand/dresser, not to mention the accumulated dirt and dust that was there with it. There was also accumulated dust and dirt around the partially exposed bed rails of the bed, along every baseboard and in every visible corner that I could see.

They only had hazelnut coffee creamer out. Not even just milk, or plain creamer. I am allergic to Hazelnut. When I asked at the desk, they gave me two French vanilla ones. But many people might be afraid to ask.

First room Smelt like an ash tray this is supposed to be a smoke free facility! Got a new room the bed was comfy but tiny had to get a double bed room, no light bulbs in the lamps!

Check in clerk was rude. Jacuzzi was moldy and not usable, shower head was so low I had to bend over to use it, I am 5'3". Bed was so old I could feel the springs. There was a party going on until 3am. Smoking in the hallway and just outside of doorway.

The bed had bed bugs and the front desk tried telling me it was a stain. The sheets were also dirty. I refused to stay here.

This place is an absolute dump! The photo's presented are far from the truth, false advertising! The carpet in the halls is lifting, the walls are stained and filthy. The room given, 221, was dirty, dingy and smelled like urine. The bedsheets had some sort of green crusty filth on them. I did not stay, I checked out immediately. I requested a refund seeing the hotel lied and misrepresented themselves. They would not refund me.

Stole 150 plus a 65 dollar cancelation fee. It was a health hazard. Mold all over the tub, bloodstained furniture. Who would stay after seeing that?! Needless to say, I called the ALBION COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND OSHA. KEEP my money?! Nah, I filed lawsuits on both Booking. Com and Days Inn. Also made a report to MICHIGAN STATE POLICE. ROOM 113..... NEVER EVER AGAIN! MR. PATEL WILL BE PAYING FOR MY COUNSELING DUE TO SUCH A TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE!

The whole place is worn and outdated. There are no outlets to charge your electronics except in the bathroom. No USB ports.. Carpeting is worn and ragged. Walls appear to be patched and primered but have not been painted in years. Also, the lighting is very weak. A woman will really struggle to apply make up. However, I am told there is new management so this may change in coming months. I hope so.

Worst hotel I've visited in my life rooms were nasty poop stains on the sheets pizza sause on the ceiling worst room I've seen ever reeked like smoke
