Enttäuschend für ein 4 Sternehotel

Es waren alle sehr freundlich

Cons:

Bei Ankunft nicht das gewünschte Zimmer erhalten,noch Essensreste im Kühlschrank vom Gast davor,nach Anmerkung beim Personal wurde es nicht beseitigt,Fernseher ging nicht

Pros:

Wir haben eine Suite zu einem wirklich super Preis gebucht. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls wirklich sehr gut. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier wohnen.

Ich komme nur wegen der Veranstaltung, ansonsten keine Option, in diesem Hotel zu übernachten

Personal war sehr nett

Cons:

Möbel abgenutzt Bad nicht sauber Plastikstöpsel in der Badewanne, unglaublich Haare im Ausguss Fenster sehr schmutzig eine Miniflasche Wasser für 2 Personen Frühstück, obwohl noch nicht fertig gegessen, wurde einfach abgeräumt

Es war den baulichen Maßnahmen geschuldet.
Pros:

Die Lage war gut. Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Frühstück war umfangreich.

Cons:

Für viele Gäste war die Bar doch etwas klein. Teilweise bekam man keinen Platz.
