The folks in the room next door were smoking non tobacco material outside our room in the courtyard which was pulled in by the air handler.

Clean and welcoming facility with friendly staff. Great freshly made in front of you omelette for breakfast. We have used this facility several times when we have business and Chicago area. We love people that work there.

It was overall good
Cons:

The first refrigerator we had froze everything no matter what level we used. The second refrigerator did not work and smelled awful

It was very good. We enjoyed it.

Cons:

The toilet and sink in our room, 1113, were so incredibly low that they must have been designed for leprechauns and fairies not for regular adults. My 6'2" husband had the darndest time.
